Messing w typography/lettering rn and have realized that as of now the name lengths for each season are:

3rd: 3 letters

Last: 4 letters

Double: 6 letters

Limited: 7 letters

Secret: 6 letters

Real: 4 letters

And anyways this is just my pitch to Grian et al to name the next series something that's only 3 letters, so the names form a nice marketably designable arc.

(Personally my vote would be 1st life, but any numerical naming could do. 😊 I think it should be even harder to explain the order to new viewers. Bc it's funny.)

Kinda weird question-

What is mianite? I know it's a mcyt smp (I assume) but what happens in it- your posts about it fascinate and confuse me

mianite was a minecraft smp that started in may of 2014! it had three seasons (the third was kind of a prequel and also apparently sucks) with the first being in 2014-2015, the second being in 2015-2016, and the third starting in 2020 and ending. idk when it ended actually i havent watched it yet.

the four main players on it were jordan captainsparklez, tom syndicate, tucker iijeriichoii, and sonja omgitsfirefoxx. waglington, a member of the minecraft building team fyreuk, took on more of a player character role in s2.

the series' entire premise is that there's a god of order (Mianite) and a god of chaos (Dianite) who were brothers. what really makes things interesting is that captainsparklez walked in, saw this, went "nice dichtonomy idiot, now what lies outside of it?" and invented his own fucking goddess (Ianite, goddess of balance) half out of sheer spite.

the mianite series overall is very much a product of the time period it was made in. its half baked in a few places and clearly made clumsily but with love. theres pirates. theres one of the most trans coded characters ive ever seen in a mcrp ever. jordan's pov of s1 and s2 combined is 200 episodes long and easily around 350-400 hours of watch time. I've watched all of it. Its barely worth it. My thoughts on it can be summed up by this screenshot:

its changed my life. dont watch the whole thing unless you really want to for some reason. good luck
