i learned about Tim Wong who successfully and singlehandedly repopulated the rare California Pipevine Swallowtail butterfly in San Francisco. In the past few years, he’s cultivated more than 200 pipevine plants (their only food source) and gives thousands of caterpillars to his local Botanical Garden (x)

"ecological terrorism" refers to tree spiking and intimidating ecocidal projects and companies and shit. ecological terrorism is the charge that earth firsters are still doing life without parole for for daring to lift a finger to stop ecocide. its like when people call the bourgeoisie "criminals" like dude who is that supposed to help if nothing else it reeks of someone who thinks "terrorism" is a meaningful concept. "ecological terrorism is good and necessary" was a much better trend for this site than "actually the real terrorists are the meanie ceos!"
