ingredients:

1.5 cup of ice cubes 0 cal

1 spoon of vanilla extract 5 cals

cup of almond milk (i added 206 grams and it was 50 calories)

zero calories sweetener 0 cals

recipe:

put everything in a blender and mix it all up until it looks like milk shake :3 enjoy!!!
