people are sorta scared about Doug Bowser taking Reggie’s place since Bowser was the VP of Global Business Planning at EA and that EA is a notoriously shitty company, but u gotta remember three very important things:

EA became really shitty with microtransactions only AFTER Bowser left the company in 2014

Since Bowser has joined Nintendo, the company has seen TREMENDOUS success with the Switch, thanks in no short part to Bowser’s marketing in North America.

From what I can tell, he has the potential to match Reggie’s warm charismatic vibe.

I have high hopes for what Bowser is gonna bring to the table. Reggie will always be our Nintendad but I for one welcome Bowser with open arms.

Malfurion in my Jaina/Tyrande shipper mind is just this incredibly powerful, goofy old man who Tyrande takes care of.  His voice is SO FUNNY to me and I like him a lot because of Heroes.  Alternately, maybe bc they’re both thousands of years old and they’ve occasionally spent a year or two with other people lol.  Anyway Tyraina is not here to tell purple Deckard Cain to fuck off, he’s just a sweet old man who kills horde sometimes as a nice old man would.

It is sad, but it isn’t THAT sad. What I mean is, Stan lived to be 95, which is more than many of us will reach. And what a LIFE he led— it strikes me that a day didn’t go by when he wasn’t busy working and enjoying what he loved- and reaping the benefits of course. From what I’ve read, Stan’s last years weren’t all that fun - apparently he was abused by his handlers, and of course in ill health. It’s so unfair that the remaining portion of our lives are miserable.. .but Stan is such an inspiration to me because he really sucked the marrow from life and gave it his all. He filled it to the brim. Time to rest now, Mr. Lee- you’ve earned it! ~BL
