I feel it again coming around like an old friend. Maybe I should leave it all be hind and kill what is left. I am not a good person at all, never claimed to be. I will just fade and die.

I have lost my feeling of self today. Nothing feels real and I can not seem to find myself. Identity is lost. Were do you go from here. Meds not helping me to well. Maybe a higher dose? Still wait in the shadows for help.

So it has happened, I snapped. I was walking around in the store today, hearing my name being called from every direction, seeing shit that was not there and feeling eyes on me everywhere I went. I do not feel right in my head. I think I have lost it now. I do not know how much more I can take. I don't think I need a reason today.
