An Elite Agent of Rocket, he will stop at nothing to achieve the goals of the gang, even going as far as to set his Steelix upon the unsuspecting innocents that stand against them and their vile motives. Even failing to capture Raikou has not halted his motivation. Truly, he is one you would not enjoy making an enemy of.

"You prefer paperwork to actions?" He questions, more like a comment even, perking a brow and pausing for a moment with a slight frown that forms so slowly over a couple of seconds. Huh. That's odd--- Well, maybe not for Wilf, but still. Usually people prefer to get hands on in this organization... Few like the office task.

"Well, whatever floats your boat, as they say, my good man. As long as you are not bored, mm?"

Arm withdrawing, he moves to stand before the other, a smile still taking his features.

"We should do something some time. Drinks, perhaps. Or, if you are not a drinker, then... Bowling? Laser tag?"

"uh  ...  !"  he  blinks  once,  twice,  taken  aback  by  the  admin's  question.  "just,  uh  ...  surviving  ...  lotta  paperwork  since  i,  um,  prefer  it  over  the  field  stuff  ..."
