there’s silence until it’s broken by the abrupt sound of a hand slapping pale skin, a pinched look on daeho’s face as he pulls his hand back to see it empty and he’d missed the insect that’s been buzzing by his ear and driving him insane. for whatever reason, insects and mosquitos seemed to love daeho - maybe because he ate so much fruit, but he was going to have to buy mosquito spray if they kept following him around like this. “humans are at the top  of the food chain for some bullshit reason, no? so why do i have to put up with these blood-sucking shitheads?” he sighed, looking at the spot on his leg where he’d been bitten and an angry red welt was beginning to rise. “say, you got any anti-itch cream?” daeho is trying to be polite, but the intensity of his gaze is practically daring the other to make an inappropriate joke.

bumi  often  found  slight  pleasure  in  other’s  being  in  pain,  but  that  feeling  is  non - existent  as  he  watches  daeho  smack  his  own  leg,  curious  eyebrows  raising  at  the  peculiar  action  until  he  realises  what  the  other  is  doing.  his  first  instinct  is  to  make  a  joke  about  the  sound,  but  his  thought  process  is  interrupted  by  daeho  speaking,  followed  by  a  rather  peculiar  expression.  bumi  liked  to  think  he  was  intuitive  and  able  to  decipher  social  clues,  however,  when  he’s  practically  being  challenged  not  to  do  something   ?  yeah,  that  was  like  dangling  a  treat  in  front  of  a  puppy.  ‘  i’m  not  sure  if  my  cream  is  anti - itch  but  you  can  certainly  try  it.  ’  if  it  weren’t  for  the  slight  curve  of  his  lips  pressed  together  in  an  attempt  to  conceal  his  slight  laugh,  one  might  think  he  was  just  misquoting  his  context.

eyes  narrow  at  the  male’s  hand  when  he  sticks  it  out,  eyes  simply  rolling  to  his  words.  acton  doesn’t  give  the  other  the  response  he  wants  and  instead  a  scoff  leaves  his  lips  as  his  own  hand  comes  up  to  tightly  grip  the  taller  male’s  wrist,  tugging  him  towards  him.  ‘  you  better  watch  yourself  or  you’ll  be  going  over  mine.  ’

tall  frame  lurches  forward  with  a  startled  expression  as  stevie  is  pulled  foward,  encroaching  on  acton’s  personal  space  for  sure.  not  that  he  was  truly  bothered  by  it,  but  the  comment  directly  following  acton’s  bold  action  makes  his  ears  feel  hot  and  he  feels  a  sudden  need  to  take  a  few  steps  back.  despite  being  temporarily  thrown  off  guard,  stevie  doesn’t  let  acton  win  quite  just  yet.  ‘   and  what,  spank  me  ?  have  i  been  a  bad  boy  ?  ’
