Tumblr media
Three out of ten claim to sleep better alone. There may be a variety of reasons why more and more couples are choosing to buck the antiquated trend of sharing a bed, from snoring to temperature preferences. And for many of them, obtaining a sleep divorce is a method to make their relationship better rather than an indication of marital problems.
Here at healthhealth, we made the decision to research the possible advantages of choosing to sleep in separate beds.
You could sleep sounder.
You may sleep deeper and better if you choose distinct sleeping areas. More than 25% of couples, it turns out, prefer separate beds, and some even prefer to sleep in different rooms. These findings astonished us at healthhealth, therefore we’d like to use this opportunity to ask you to look more closely at these 7 traits, which you may already possess without realizing it.
You could just need four hours of sleep.
The average amount of sleep every night that doctors advise for maintaining the health of our bodies and minds is 8 hours. Although others claim to sleep even two times as little without suffering any negative consequences. Thanks to a gene that may be present in up to 5% of individuals, these so-called exceptional sleepers can survive on 4-6 hours of sleep. Because of these genes, some individuals may sleep for shorter periods of time because they can remove poisons from their bodies and brains more quickly than others. elite sleepers
You could have a hereditary disposition to put up with discomfort and spicy food.
Chances are your genetics are to blame whether you have a high tolerance for discomfort and spicy food or none at all. Additionally, the same gene mutation known as MC1R, which causes red hair, also predicts a person’s sensitivity to pain. Because of this, gingers may have a better tolerance for pain in general.  pain  spicy  pain tolerance.
