What do you want your legacy to be? That’s a tough question to answer, because you may not have really thought about it before, but everyone leaves one behind. Legacies encompasses your entire life’s journey, and when we pass on, we are remembered by those precious moments from our incredible journey that are carved into the minds and hearts of others. Your legacy is the most valuable gift for each and every person you’ve ever crossed paths with in your lifetime. When I think about what I would want my legacy to be, I am reminded of the important things to living a life of fulfilment, and the things that matter the most, which is respect, compassion, openness, and acting from a healed heart, not your wounded heart. Sometimes it’s the little precious things that can easily become lost. In this life of adventure, laughter, wonder, intense emotions, and moments of both joy and sorrow, I want life to count for something bigger than me. I want to make a difference. I don’t believe that a legacy has to live only in memory. I believe a legacy can brighten the future too. It’s never too late to re-evaluate and change paths. We all have certain people who inspire us whether they are family, friends, teachers, or mentors. These people have a profound impact on our lives to learn more, dream more, do more, and be more. We all want to be remembered for something special, someone who truly cared and made a difference. It’s a natural human instinct to want to leave a special mark. People tend to think of legacy as something that only happens after you die. But the truth is, legacies are formed while you’re alive, and the best way to leave a legacy is to live your legacy into existence. You are the architect of your own life story. Make it a meaningful one by leaving a lasting impression of the beautiful life lessons you learned. What really matters to you? What drives you to live out your passions? What makes you want to be a better person? Never lose sight of these critical things in life. What legacy will you leave?

You have your whole life ahead of you, and at any point you can turn your life around in a completely different direction. You have your whole life ahead of you because you are in control of your future not your past. Your future dreams are right in front of you, it’s never too late, there's always an opportunity to achieve them and learn something new. Some people think they’re too old or too young to achieve their dream when in reality, they have their whole lives ahead of them to do so. Think about some of the most influential, significant figures in history who accomplished incredible things at different stages of their lives. Mozart was eight years old when he wrote his first symphony. Anne Frank was an ordinary thirteen year old girl, living through extraordinary times when she began writing her diary that went on to become an international success, defining modern historical memory. Her story still continues to fascinate and resonate around the world. Coco Chanel was thirty-eight years old when she launched her first perfume Chanel No. 5. An iconic fragrance that revolutionised the way women smell, and to this day, it is one of the most successful perfumes. Mother Teresa was forty years old when she founded the Missionaries of Charity. And now we have Colonel Tom Moore raising millions of pounds for the NHS, and becoming a national hero, capturing the nation’s hearts at the age of 100. We often set goals to achieve by a certain age, and if we are past that specific age, we convince ourselves that the target has been missed and the opportunity is gone. Societal restrictions create barriers that dictate when we can and can’t do things. The reality is that those living their best lives are the ones who broke free from such limitations. Everyone does things at their own pace. When you stop allowing time and age to be the determining factor for success, you will stop being afraid to put one foot in front of the other, and start doing what makes you happy. Whether you are 25 or 65, put the wheels in motion and take action on that thing you’ve wanted to do for the past month, year or perhaps even your whole life. It’s never too early, never late to do, to say, to achieve – to start being you. You have your whole life ahead of you.
