I can't say enough good things about Heritage. They were absolutely committed to making sure my wife and I were 100% satisfied.  George, who came to my home to give me the original estimate, was a pleasure to work with. Even though some things he and I talked about didn't get put on the final work order, George made good on honoring what we had discussed. The front office of Kristina and Karen were always friendly when I called. Koba and his team did a great job on the install. We had one issue with the interior trim that Heritage was quick to address. I even got a call from one of the owners who wanted to let me know personally that they would resolve the issue. Koba came back and fixed the trim issues on the next Saturday.  So, my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new doors as well as the professionalism and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that the entire Heritage team has shown.
