Hello Pretty Pride,

I have been a very patient boy though, you would be so proud. -has decorated our fridge with hundreds of finger paintings of us- Cute right?

I hope you're able to come back soon, but even if you're not, don't worry about it. Honestly, you could ask me to wait a year for you and I'd be right here waiting. I'd be bored to tears and probably have gone insane from the wait, but I'd do it for you no questions asked.

Anyways, shit's about to get real mushy in here now. Like, so mushy it can't even be called poop.

I can't even describe how happy you make me. From the beginning it's like I'd been drawn to you. I don't know if I believe in soul mates, but if I did then you'd be it. You're perfect for me in every way, and I'd do anything you asked if it made you happy. 

You're my fave tbh, my fiancee, my sexy chaechae, my love, the Sky to my Zi. Everything I could ever want.

At the start I was just a sloppy mess of awkward and horny, with a spoonful of boyish charm. I didn't really know much about anything, and luckily I met you the very first day to teach me. You've taught me a lot actually. Most notably, my music taste has greatly improved thanks to you. And movies too, haha. Our movie dates are so fun, I really love them. We should watch one again sometime.

I was thinking, and I honestly don't know the exact moment I fell for you. I don't think there was one big thing you did that made me go, "Oh I wanna date her". I just fell for you over time. Things for us moved so naturally, and I really love that. From the start I always felt so comfortable around you. You have this adorable but sad trait where you don't really expect much from people. I want to be the one person you can always depend on that won't let you down. I always want you to feel valued and appreciated, because you do so much for me and all the people you talk to, and you sure as hell don't get nearly the amount of credit you deserve.

You're the nicest person I've ever met, and don't you try to deny it. It's obvious from all that you do for other people, you're so generous with what you have and people don't always notice like they should. And before you say something along the lines of "-pukes up all your compliments-" ....... -shoves an anti puke pill down your throat- They're not compliments, only stuff I know about you. 

STORY TIME

So even though there wasn't some specific event that made me like you, there was a moment when I realized I liked you. I had for a while, but I just was pretty dumb so I didn't put a name on the feeling earlier. Seeing the ask game questions and posts from Jiyong made me extremely jealous, and at the time I was confused because why would I be jealous if we weren't even dating?

Then the little Jiho elves in my brain came up with the answer. It was because I liked you. And that surprised me, because I had fallen for you so completely without even realizing that I had a crush. I'd see those couply text posts, ones like "snuggling together on rainy days" and other stuff that before I'd just skipped over, but now I realized I was imagining you in my head for those. And I loved it.

Another random memory I thought of mentioning is that time we got out of the shower, and I was just going to grab our pajamas and get ready for bed. But then you just drag me off to bed, both of us still soaking wet, and wrap us up in the covers. Because you wanted to tangle our wet legs together and snuggle like that. Honestly, I don't know why I love that so much, but I do. That little childish side of yours is adorable, and I just think you're perfect. It's just another of the infinite amount of reasons why I love you. 

SKIPPING AHEAD

Then comes the first time I said I love you. I remember it so clearly because it completely slipped from my mouth. I meant every word, but I wished I could have made it more romantic. But then again, we never were the "textbook couple" who's love was like from a movie. You were so surprised when I blurted that out, which of course made me embarrassed, thinking that it was too soon and then you would think I was some lovesick crazy kid.

But then you said you loved me too.

And I swear at that moment I could hear the angels singing, and my heart pretty much exploded in a gushy mess of fireworks and love. I look back at our early messages sometimes just to feel that all over again. Watching us fall in love. 

You've become such an important part of my life, and I can't wait to marry you. We'll have all the time in the world to spend together, and I will treasure every moment of it. Even now, after nearly four months of being together (more like six if you count our unofficial dating), I feel as passionate in my love for you as a new couple, but with the history and familiarity of an old couple.

I don't even know if that even makes sense or not. All I know is you've captured my heart completely. It's yours, forever and ever.
