The government and a bunch of other shitty and terrible organizations such as the heritage organization are trying to push the KOSA (Kids Online Safety Act) bill this month, which basically gives the government COMPLETE control over the internet and can censor whatever they want. And what they want to censor is queer and trans media to “protect the children” when that’s not the case, they just want to get rid of everything they don’t like that’s on the internet.

Oh let’s not forget about the restrict act…

So anyway if you wanna keep ur media and not have it censored and monitored by the US government sign these petitions to make sure these terrible bills don’t get passed.

Hey so I'm extremely depressed and need help again because I suck

- there was a death in the family

- my bf and I broke up

- the father of my child is threatening me and I have to go back to court

- my car won't pass inspection until I spend $200 on it

- my housing assistance fucked up and I owe my apartment complex $650 until it's fixed

- my brother's landlord (my uncle) kicked out all his cats so I have 5 cats in my house when I'm only allowed to have 2 pets here

- my food stamps got cut by $200 and I'm out of all food except sliced ham, string cheese, and yogurt

- I had surgery this month and my pain levels are so much worse due to it

Anyway I'm a bi genderfluid single parent and cooking for my son and I has been really hard so I'm asking for help so I can order food

every single russian person protesting the invasion of ukraine should have their effort duly recognized and respected for what it is: an act of courage and defiance against a violent, criminal regime that could target them any moment. these aren't feel-good did-my-part went-to-mcdonalds-after protests. marching in the streets is not a simple civic exercise. writing 'no war please' on a camera lens at a sports event is not 'doing the bare minimum'. it's brave and righteous and a part of this war that deserves to be remembered.

im in the negative again and can't afford more bank fees

hi all, over the past year my bank has charged me over $700 in bank fees, and i genuinely can't continue to afford giving most of my money to the bank. i finally started working again but my first paycheck was barely enough to cover the overdraft fees i was being charged and so i have been barely scraping by.

i am a disabled trans man, i have chronic fatigue and originally was working two jobs to try and get back on my feet. after physically being unable to work because of my lack of rest, i quit my part time job. i haven't been able to afford to go grocery shopping in about a month, so ive been surviving off food friends get for me and food from work, i would really like to be able to get some groceries and pick up my meds this week.
