imagine being rootpaw. your dad is really fucking weird and lazy and no one understands him and at this point everyones wondering why hes even STILL HERE. your mom is really cool but she used to live in shadowclan and sometimes eats frogs and lizards still and you dont get it. your sister is also really cool and supportive so thats good. you have two annoying ass apprentices who constantly are picking on you because theyre ~older~ like we didnt see this with firepaw, sandpaw, and dustpaw and like - okay youre not firestar but you want to be the protagonist to your own cool story, one that does NOT involve your weird dad. and theres this apprentice in thunderclan who is super cool named bristlepaw but shes mostly just chilling and enjoying her life and man you WISH you were that cool. suddenly her leader gets really sick and you feel bad because you saw him once at a gathering and he seemed like he was kind of okay, but hes also related to tigerheartstar and apparently there was another tigerstar??? idk but hes related to that one too. anyway he gets really really sick and the clans are like :( because they all like him suddenly, and youre just trying to be the best skyclan warrior you can be even though your DAD is so WEIRD and his name is TREE like what kind of fuckin name is- and youre rootpaw so obviously you were named after HIM and you wnat to ask your mom about it and also did anyone mention the moonpool was frozen??? and its really really cold?? anyways so youre walking through the snow and you think maybe everything will be okay. bristlefrost seems really nice, theres this super cute shadowclan apprentice named shadowpaw and you think that obviously HE knows what its like to be considered weird too since hes shadowpaw from shadowclan and gets visions, and you think everything will turn out okay. and then suddenly behind you theres bristlefrosts leader asking you to help him and he looks like a ghost now and oh my fucking god you have your dads weird powers and now bramblestar iS CHASING YOU anyways i love rootpaw
