Dear Work

I need a new job. I asked to learn something new, and I got flat out rejection. Then I ask again a second time, and clearly she was trying to appease me from not transferring out. But it still isn't going to cut it. I understand you want me to do stick to one job duty, but it gets boring. I would like to learn different things!

It would make sense to cross train the staff across the board. Just incase you need to fill in for someone.

I guess it is time to look for a new job! :)
