They can start on different colors, they just need to be in the correct order. So the four orders are like this:

BVRG

is it allowed to alter character personalities for AU fanfictions? because i have a lot of things in mind for luktreal, but it's also pretty fanonized and i'm unsure how far you're willing to let fanonizations go before it's just a totally different character

I would prefer you not change their personalities, as my stories are very personality-based and character-based. Unless the AU is specifically ABOUT them being different, of course. But if it's not, I would prefer you use your own character. Thank you.

no, my mental health crashed hard to a very dangerous place. i'm working on what i want to in the time being until i can get back to a healthy level, and if i pressure myself with the comic i'll just cause spotty updates.

i want to get enough done that i can have a buffer in case i do crash again and i can post without there being big gaps once i start. sorry for the inconvenience.

they're all born with them, yeah, though if they get ripped off that's a different story

if you're talking about me not drawing them often, that's because they're switchlimbs and i omit them a lot for detail/clarity reasons, but they still have them

How does Zahalkro being trans work? I remember reading that Kraizen have no concept of gender in their society, and that they only develop breasts during pregnancy (???), but Zahalkro doesn't have kids as far as we know so I can't figure out where they come from. If Kraizen have no concept of gender wouldn't him getting them removed be a cosmetic thing? I hate to say this I don't want to be mean and I understand it wasn't intentional so don't feel bad but comparing being trans to a cosmetic choice is kind of a poor taste thing to do for lack of a better word. Sorry I'm just really confused about it is all

they still have a concept of masculinity and femininity (and other scales we don't have), and he was born with feminine traits, a feminine voice, etc. he wanted to be more masculine, have a lower voice, and be less curved. he still had deep issues with his presentation.

most kwaiz do not care about the bodies they are born with but when they do, it's equivalent to dysphoria. it's not gender dysphoria, but it's still a dysphoria they experience.

this is why i say he's the equivalent of being trans, but he is not Human Trans. him getting the dormant breasts removed (they all still have mammary glands when not active, they're dormant organs) is not normal for a kwaiz to do, despite it being an easily accessible surgery. just because it's accessible doesn't make it something just anyone does for cosmetic reasons.

it wasn't even cosmetic to begin with, current lore mammaries literally aren't visible/external at all when not in use, and he never used them. he was just dysphoric over the idea of them and wanted them gone to help feel closer to what he wanted (less curves).

just because they are not following human gender ideas does not make it shallower. they are aliens, with an alien culture. i hope you understand, forgive me if ever i offend.

canonically there certainly is, but i haven't made the actual word yet as i haven't been focusing on the language too heavily in a bit

2. Do the eyes of Omni also work like the eyes of a Kraizen? (Also turning to the same color as Kraizen/Vani eyes at death, being able to be different shades of orange and cyan like how Vani eyes can be different shades of GBVR, etc)

1) a solid, dead gray color. no glow or pigment left. same with the Brand

2) yep! they cycle like kwaiz eyes, they constrict/dilate like kwaiz eyes, and they turn dead gray when dead.

They'd turn to completing their slaughter against themselves/each other. Either through sheer combat, or by a spoiler method.
