“Women in sexual harassment"
As said by Atticus "She was powerful, not because she wasn't scared but because she went on so strongly despite the fear". It's very difficult to be strong, especially when you are a women. But what does it mean to be a strong woman? Does it have to be a woman should do all the housework to be called strong? Its not all about physical strength if you are confident and independent you can be one. But how can you be strong if you are sexually abused?
According to some research states that “sexual abuse usually undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another. It is accomplish through force or by taking advantage of another”. According to the advocacy center and UNICEF, 1 in 10 girls under the age of eighteen has been raped, amounting to 120 million worldwide. How can you be strong when you are sexually abuse? When all you feel is fear? fighting for women's rights is the best way to stop sexual abuse on women. In making feminism work, the government should improve the law and policies in protecting women. Such as educating the people about equal rights on both sexes. By doing that it will lessen the victims of sexual abuse. according to the article of Clothes and Textile "wearing revealing clothes can lead to rape or any sexual abuse" so be responsible so it would not lead to the unwanted situation and pay attention, be aware of physical boundaries it can avoid an unwanted encounter before it happens. Lastly women need to start standing and speaking up to any kind of behavior that makes them uncomfortable as the government is slowly improving law that protects women and women need to be physically ready to protect themselves from molesters.
Women are strong despite all the problems. Continuing to grow, despite the fear and that makes women powerful. Women are being abused all the time that is why everyone needs to fight for the rights of every women and men in this world.

“Physical Violence Vs. Women's voice"
According to Ban Ki-moon "Break the silence. when you witness violence against women and girls, do not sit back-act." Take an action when you see something. Women should fight to be respected. But this generation arises society gives no attention about the women's rights. physical violence is existed, this issue mostly affect all the women.
According to World Health Organization states that violence against women is a serious public health concern with costs at multiple levels of society. Violence is a threat to everyone, women are particularly susceptible to victimization because they often have rights or lack appropriate means of protection. Physical violence occurs when someone uses a part of their body or an object to control a person is actions. Physical violence includes hitting, pinching, hair-pulling, stabbing, punching, slapping, beating, kicking, choking, threats with a weapon or object, murder and many more that affects mental health. Women who experience this violence may lead to suicide and depression.
Feminist still working and fighting. using their voices, acts and advocates violence must stop. Here are some small and big ways we can work to end it, or at least interrupt it, every single day. For everyone, speak out against all forms of violence. physical violence is serious action. Notice when someone invades your boundaries and post awareness materials in restrooms and break rooms for easy and confidential accessibility.
Men think that women are definitely have the weakest part in their body. They couldn't fight. Physical violence against women is existed. Degrading women in this society is the form and proving that women cannot speak and fight for their rights. Feminism which values mostly every sexes equally is one of the advocates that feminists still seeking and fighting for.

“Inequality in feminine's rights"
According to Sheryl Sandberg, "We need women at all levels, including the top, to change the dynamic, reshape the conversation, to make sure women's voice are heard and needed, not overlooked and ignored." This quotation states that our world needs women in all aspect. They need to stand up and fight for their rights because some thinks women are weak so they are abusing them. They are underestimating women and they think women can do nothing. Women have the rights to be treated fairly. There are tasks that men can but women can do better and there are a lot of issues women are facing in this time when it comes to inequality just like in their career and everyday life.
In UK, lesbian woman experienced higher level of discrimination than gay men and Black African women who are asylum seekers have an high immortality rate, estimated at 7 times higher than for white women. This state of affairs shows that issues of race, disability, sexual orientation and gender often combine to create a reality of extreme disadvantage for certain groups and most of the time, these groups are female.
These issues can be prevented if everyone will respect each other. Everyone should have a broad mind to understand the problem of others. There must be implementation for women's rights where discriminating and belittling others is prohibited and the gap between the women and men should be close. There are agencies where women can complain when they experience discrimination and degrading. Everyone should be treated fairly, especially the women because most of the time they are experiencing discrimination.
In the eyes of God, all are equal. Everyone has no rights to belittle or degrade other because everyone has their own skills and abilities. Every citizen is equally to be able to contribute to the overall well-being of a society. If women do not speak up for theirselves, many women will remain second-class citizen. Show the world how strong women are.

“Women in mind of society”
From birth, females are the stronger sex in the world. according to G. D. Anderson "Feminism isn't about making women strong. Women are already strong. It's about changing the way the world perceives that strength." Women are capable of doing hard things, making it more complicated but surely it will be done. Women have strength and there's no such thing as making girls not powerful. But the society thinks that men are superior, have more power and strength. women are being degraded.
Performing in tasks such as those hard one, people always look for men. According to BLS economists research found out that men worked 8.4 hours on an average day versus 7.8 hours for women. Men are more on working outside with those hard jobs. Then national survey states that 85 percent of women versus 69 percent of men spent time each day doing some housework. As the moment we breathe, society thinks that women are only for housework, they cannot do those things like men does. The mindset that women are weak, can hurt easily, can be manipulated and soft than the men who have the strongest masculinity. This is not the right thing to think.
The implementation of the programs and rules can educate and prove that women are good enough in terms of physical strength. This can make the society more open and aware about what can women do. "Empowering women may benefit development." (Duflo, Esther 2012). Awareness and open mindedness can grow new perspective about women. Degrading women can cause a lot of problems. Women might think that they aren't good enough, that what they do will end up in that. In this program that government can implement can result a great impact to women. The man and woman would somehow be equal. Furthermore, proving to the society that all people have their own capability and no one is weak would be one of the biggest reward can offer to everyone.
Fighting and creating an advocate about this issue will surely be helpful. Feminism will arise and still existing. Even in the tiniest part of this world, There would be a woman who speaks for her rights, needs, and will surely fight to be respected. Feminist, isn't all about you hate men, it is all about giving ways to a person to possess her/his right in this world.

The women's capability in domestic labor "
According to Gloria Steinem, A feminist is anyone who recognizes the equality and full humanity of men and women. It states "Equality and full humanity of men and women" being a feminist doesn't mean that only woman has the right to everything. Everybody, everyone should be treated equally not minding the race or class. But equality didn't arose in different aspects, one of the problems is Domestic Labor, in addition is the 'happy' wife issue.
In 1960 the inequality of employment and the wrong treatment leads to the issue, it should be equal with men and women to have the same employment rights. Women is being degraded. Also, women spend more time in working than men. One of the solutions can be sharing of household chores, not because of the concept that women would those things. There should be an equality to everything in terms of work and salary. What men can do also women can.
No to discrimination and stop inequality. Degrading women should stop. Implementing a new law can be very efficient. A woman can complain to authorities once discrimination, inequality, and degrading happens.
This issue has concern a lot, narrow mindness of people and what they think about women, the injustice with employment, unfairness of salary and the mindset of only men can do the work and the women will stay home and do house chores, which is wrong. Realizations were made, there are a lot of issues that include women and men. Degrading a woman doesn't make a man stronger and wiser, it only shows that men is afraid to be over ruled by women.

Feminism: The women's voice and advocates"
In according to research the dictionary defines feminism as the advocacy of women's rights on the grounds of political, social, and economic equality to women and men. Humans are created equally by our God but in our society, there are people who say that men are more powerful than women, that if you are a man, you have a power, and more capable of doing things, but as time passes by, women are starting to empower themselves. Fighting for respect, equality for sexes and the thought of a woman can do such thing as man does. the word feminism is existed. Early 19th and 20th centuries the first wave feminism was started where the feminist activity in the world sought to win every woman's right. Up until now feminists are still fighting and seeking for the rights.
This society has faced different problems of women. one of the struggles is the division of domestic labor. In 1960s there was this debate called division of Domestic Labor. But inspite the fact of its essentialness of production it was ignored. Furthermore, it should be that women and men must have equal employment rights. In this time, men have bigger salary payment than women. This only means, women are being degraded because of what people's perspective of the main sex. Women are spending their time in work for almost 151 minutes per day compared to men as 113 minutes.
Women this day are now on the state where they experience physical and sexual harassment, means of violence. According to the women's liberation movement in scotland (2016) states that Violence against women is now well recognised as a public health problem and human rights violation of worldwide significance. There would be so much effect of this act to women. they could die, and suffer a lot. And this could be the way why women are trying to avoid men.
Last and the most familiar and expected issue is the social inequality. nowadays this issue has been facing by many people, men or women. According to the article of Panama Alliance "Social inequality is the condition of unequal access to the benefits of belonging to any society." This occurs and still happening in today's modern time. there are a lot of explained effects that might cause about this issue. It is all about inequality.
There are many issues occurring even in the past until now. Concerning about women rights and advocates. Feminism which composed of feminists. People who fight for rights and to be respected. Those problems- men are greater than women, division of domestic labor, physical and sexual harassment and social inequality have been the most common yet bigger problems that women have to encounter and no such thing as turning it back because society is the main source why these problems are occurring. But as time goes by smart, modest, and open minded women have the ability to fight and still making the world to be better and equal not only to the women's rights but also for all the sexes in the society.
