Moderation is def a practice.
My new go to late night snack is the green wise wheat crackers and 1 laughing bell cheese wedge.
I put a fair amount of spread on each cracker so I eat half the recommended serving size, which is about 7 crackers for me.
All in all it was 183 calories and a fairly tasty snack at 2 am 🫠🫣

hi everyone, not to be a buzz kill but PLEASE stop looking for an “ana coach”. especially if you are a minor, i keep seeing girls that are as young as 14 with “looking for ana coach” in their bio. one day. someday. soon.
I convinced my dr to start me on some weight loss pills that are pretty strong. she agreed bc according to the “bmi scale” i technically should weigh less.
she recently doubled my dose. It’s working really well so far.
the only thing is my already anxious ass gets shaky but i typically eat some eggs and drink some non-caffeinated tea and it goes mostly away.

Healing Forest Diet Day 1: 1100 calories
Hi,
So today I’m officially starting this high restriction diet that seems pretty cool and sustainable! I’m so excited cause I was honestly tired of binging, eating takeaways almost everyday and ofc, gaining shit tons of weight.

A little reminder that progress adds up, and falling off track once isn't a reason to give up. Going over your limit by 200 cals is better than a 2000 cal binge because "you failed already so why not", maintaining weight is better than gaining, and gaining weight once is better than gaining for a few days in a row. You're not a failure because you didn't meet your expectations, you'll be a failure if you give up because of it.
