Reminder
It’s been a year since COVID-19 caused a huge impact on the lives of everyone. Last December 2019, the first human cases of COVID-19, subsequently named SARS-CoV-2, were first reported by officials in Wuhan City, China, in December 2019. In just a few months, the Philippines, considered as one of the high-risk countries from the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak, recorded the first death outside China. People who are infected by the virus are suffering physically and emotionally. We are all subject to this disease especially those with pre-existing medical conditions. With the new strains of COVID-19 spreading globally, fighting this disease is our responsibility, As responsible citizens of our country, we should follow the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) Guidelines and Health Protocols implemented in our areas. We should habitualize these safety precautions: clean your Hands often, cough or sneeze in your bent elbow-not your hands,  avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth, limit social gatherings and time spent in crowded places, avoid close contact with someone who is sick and clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. “No one deserves to go through this harrowing experience” Keep safe everyone and God Bless!
