Jane Skirt

Two days late because I have changed this about 12 times now… I have been wanting a plaid skirt that falls as naturally, but bit of a “heavy” fall, that kinda look and I finally found the time to experiment with this. I’ve changed it a bunch of times and painted and shaded it so many different ways but I am finally able to bring you a skirt I am super happy with! 

Natural flowy fall, lots of vibrant colour options, a nice simple waistband, easy to mix and match with a bunch of different shirts and jackets - checking all the boxes! I originally just wanted the simple pleated skirt but added some ombre for some fun. I hope you like it! ♥

Caio X Serenity Lovebirds Collection

For my second collaboration with my girlfriend Serenity I decided to give special attention to Valentines Day! Lovebirds Collection features 35 items on total, with a wide variety of sexy lingerie for female and male frames that will pretty much fill your need of sleepwear. Sportief - An Athletic Collection

I wanted my sims to have an athletic collection that was in Simlish and more on the simple side, so Sportief was born! These are all mesh and retextures from EA meshes. 

This set includes 11 items, details below: - BGC - 4 tops, 3 bottoms, 4 fullbody outfits - 29 swatches in my Pantone 2022 Color of the Year Palette. All wording on items is Simlish! You can see the logo and text that I made and used below the fold.  - Female Frame - Pictures are all taken in CAS. Tested in-game, but please let me know if there are any issues!
