Jamie growled lowly as Alec mentioned that he had dinner plans. His hand shot out to grab the other man’s upper arm to pull him closer. “What the fuck do you mean that you have dinner plans? Who the hell with?”

“No… I’m good, thank you.” he murmured, finishing his drink and getting up from the barstool. “I’ve got dinner plans that I don’t want to miss.” he sighed, pulling out his wallet and handing a note to the bartender before turning back to Jamie and smiling softly. “See you round?”

Kai hummed softly, nuzzling closer. “How far to your home?” he whined with need as they stepped outside. “I need you and I naked soon.” he pouted, looking up at Jamie with perfect puppy eyes.

“Just a bit, yeah.. The king does have a flair for dramatics..and apparently something against my family..” So far he and Storm were the only O’Kelley’s to have escaped punishment..so far. Aiden chuckled softly at Jamie’s question, shaking his head. “Our new Alpha, mate. Ya haven’t met him yet?”

“No, I guess it is a little excessive.” To some. But even Jamie knew better than to voice his opinion to someone who just lost his sister. The strange name did give him pause. “Who the fuck is Duncan? And why are you listening to him?”

“If ya know what’s good for ya..”

“I didn’t know the human nor was a fond of the vampire but..no one deserved to die the way that any of them did” Aiden muttered, rubbing his eyes. “I want to take her body but..I promised Duncan that I wouldn’t.. He doesn’t want us crossing the king right now and..I guess he’s right. Fuck..it’s hard to just leave her there though..”

When Amelia over heard of the horrors that had just taken place her heart stopped and when she heard the mention of a wolf, her heart beat against her ribs. Danny. It was the first name that came to mind and she tried her best not to worry. “Please, please let him be alright,” she whispered to herself.
