Finally got to meet Brigadier General Jeannie Leavitt in person at #OWLS2019. Years ago when I was at a crossroads in my career she spent over an hour on the phone with me talking specifically to the unique challenges women in military aviation often face. Today’s theme for #alldressapril in honor of #earthday is nature, so I wore my floral Hawaiian print #TrashyDiva tie top with a rayon, pleated circle skirt I made. The photos do it no justice - it’s so full and swishes so beautifully! Today’s theme for #alldressapril is black & white, so I wore the #TrashyDiva #ZebraBows dress I got from @tildehoff in a dress swap (though I believe @dukegrad87 is the original owner 😁). The back of this dress is my favorite detail! I coupled it with a b&w #TheBeatles hair flower made by @brightcopperpenny & a #MickeyMouse #ImperialCog pin. My shoes are sooooo comfy; they were recommended to me by @betsyboowho and the brand is #SoftSpot. I’ve worn them with several of my outfits this month - they go with SO. MANY. THINGS.
