Reasons why
1. To look down at my polished nails and not relate my fingers to sausages in the same moment.
2. To comfortably fit in 00 jeans
3. To never see marks on my legs because of tight jeans
4. To lay on top of brody while he sleeps
5. David- to sit in his lap, get piggy-back rides & be sexy as hell
6. To proudly run around in a bikini
7. To see a flat stomach when I look down
8. To have more room for my arms to swing
9. For my legs to be proportionate to the rest of my body
10. To become thinspo
11. That line you get down your stomach when it’s small enough
12. Not having a red mark on your stomach from rolls after sitting for a while
13. Not having your arm fat spill out over topless dresses
14. Wearing flowy shirts and not having people wonder if you’re pregnant or just fat
15. Taking silly selfies from bad angles and looking alright, cute, not like you have 10 chins
16. Not needing to contour to get cheekbones
17. Thigh high socks that aren’t too tight and don’t look ridiculous
18. Wearing a small bikini bottom and your butt showing looks good, not flabby and gross
19. Looking good pale – being pale and fat just accentuates the fat, but being pale and thin looks beautiful
20. Looking dainty
21. Looking feminine
22. Wearing sweaters over button-ups and not looking chunky
23. Wearing backless shirts and not worrying about it moving and showing your fat
24. Looking cute with your hair in a bun, not weird
25. Never having to suck in your stomach for a picture
26. Never having to do a “skinny arm” for a picture
27. Being able to feel confident during sex
28. Being willing to be on top during sex
29. Not flinching when your boyfriend grabs your stomach
30. Having people compliment you on your weight loss
31. So I can look in the mirror from the neck down and like what I see
32. So I can go into public and not feel like people are judging me

34. So I don’t feel awkward when people start talking about losing weight

37. To be able to focus on intimacy instead of wondering if David thinks I’m as gross as I think I am
38. So that I can focus on self improvement instead of my image

43. So I can’t feel but ass fat push up against my seat uncomfortably.
44. So that my arms won’t stretch out & be uncomfortable in long sleeves
45. So that my boobs won’t stretch out my shirts anymore
46. For all the times I’ve tried to lose weight to feel better about myself and failed or gained the weight back
47. To be able to climb trees again without fear of breaking any branches
48. To never sweat through my clothes, I want to always be cold (socks & cardigans exist!)
49. To look delicate when really I’m a boss ass bitch! They’ll never see it coming
50. To be more flexible in yoga
51. No more back fat
52. To stop isolating myself because of my self image
53. So that I will stop comparing myself to models
54. I want to have a hot belly piercing!
55. To stop farting all the time (because of my binging…)

58. To go to my high school reunion (maybe- might still not go even if I’m skinny lol)

61. So that people- Bosses, coworkers, etc. - will nice to me (it’s proven, common)
62. So my back and shoulders won’t hurt from supporting my heavy boobs
63. To have my upper arms look more similar to my forearms

66. To hear better compliments than “nice”
67. To be a success story and inspire others
68. So that my inner beauty shines on the outside too
69. To prove that hard work and consistency does pay off
70. So that I can worry about more important things
71. To be the best me that I can be

74. To not be afraid to look in the mirror

76. To have the summer of my life
77. To not have everyone think I’m just now starting my weight loss journey
78. Save money on food
79. So that my legs don’t spread out when I sit down
80. Cause I have 99 problems and this is the only one I can focus on
