Hey katie i absolutely adore you with all my heart. Id like you to know how much im trying today just to keep afloat. I finished last period of school fully prepared to go home, cry, and relapse again because i havent felt stable today. But i only cried a little and i didnt relapse and i just tried to avoid things that would potentially make me want to relapse and i think im doing an okay job of this today. So i just thought i should tell you my progress. Also ive put on a little more weight and my tummy chub is becoming visible. And im trying to keep things upbeat as best i can i really am trying. Anyway i just wanted to tell you that youre my whole world and youre wonderful and i love you
