-Prepare for lots of drama and angst but ultimately one of my fave manga’s. It has an anime too if ur craving for more Citrus!

-A unique adventure manga about an all-female mushroom planet and the challenges of two girls in love.

Bloom Into You by Nakatani Nio

-A slow-burn, poignant yuri that will tug at your heartstrings. Also has a brilliant anime.

Notes:

I realise a lot of these r not manga but honestly a lot of webtoons/manhwa r good as they have actual adult relationships. A lot of yuri manga is focused on school girls which is fine but as I’m an adult now I prefer to read about ppl my own age. However, I have a soft spot for some younger-themed yuri as I imagine what it would have been like had I had such a school life. Ah, the wasted years…

As u can probs tell, I prefer lighter-themed manga-with some exceptions (Citrus & Bloom Into You i’m lookin at u)-and a good dose of comedy. I like fluffy slice of life but sometimes want a more sexually-charged read. It depends tbh.

Anyway, I still have a lot more yuri to read so will probs do a part 2 to this sometime in the future. Look out for it!

Announcement :)

Hello everyone! I’m very excited to announce that I’ve started translating KHR content! So far, I’m planning to translate all of the Secret Bullet novels and later move on to translating the Vongola Grand Prix manga. I might even translate some fanfics if the authors allow me to.

All of my translations will be on this Google site! I hope you guys can check it out if you’re interested. I will be grateful if even one person finds it enjoyable!  \(￣︶￣*\))

As of now, the entirety of Dino’s story “Bucking Horse Stampede” is up! I will be working on the second story of the first anthology, which is very much shorter.

Whenever an animated movie has a darker tone or scary imagery, people are like “omg why would they put stuff like this in a KID’S MOVIE?? It’s so traumatizing!”

Utterly fucking despised the Catholic Church

To paraphrase Gary Oldman in one of my favourite roles of his: “The Catholic Church has killed millions of people

Hasn’t saved a single one”

This repulsive gathering of fascists, murderers and pedophiles in stupid robes and silly hats spouting their worthless garbage ideology has been directly or indirectly responsible for almost every single one of the worst atrocities in human history since the day they unfortunately came into existence and watching Vampirella tear these pathetic repulsive hate filled bigots apart and make sure that every last one of them dies horribly was a moment that honestly made me adore this bad ass heroine even more <3

It’s especially satisfying that it’s a kick ass bisexual heroine that is the one who is killing these repulsive wastes of organs and teaching them exactly how pathetic and inferior they are.

I also loved the massive fuck you that Christopher Priest gave to the Catholic Church at the start of this story in having one of the side characters state flat out that the Catholic Church and its garbage  has about as much to do with Jesus Christ’s teachings as McDonaldland does
