You know, honestly he sounds like a nice guy. Your classic American oldster, actually. The only thing that rubs me the wrong way about this article is that he apparently enjoyed bringing other people to know Jesus. I just can't abide people like that. I think proselytizing is wrong. I mean, why do you need everyone around you to believe in the same thing as you? If someone genuinely has an interest in learning about Jesus and/or Christianity then cool, but if he "never met a stranger" and that's put together with him wanting to bring Jesus to everyone.. well then he might be that annoying guy at the bus stop who won't shut up about God. I shouldn't be mean, I mean he seems like a decent person. I just don't like that stuff.
The Katy Way, Texas Style
I want to tell you about a lovely place I found from google search; the place is called Katy Park, located in Katy, Texas. This park has excellent reviews, some people are even asking to opt for six star rating! Katy park is a wonderful place to go watch sports, including soccer and baseball fields. There is lighting for after dark hours at the park, during games or even fun events. There is a pavilion located within the park where you will be able to bbq and enjoy the company of others. Reviews state that the park is clean and well maintained, except the availability of water access(there is a lack of water fountains, however water is available in the bathrooms. The park as well offers ample parking spaces for your guests, or fans for games! Please be aware that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on this site without local law enforcement available to monitor consumption and behaviors.
