I’m smiling, but I’m not happy. 😫Frustration is totally taking over right now....again. And I’m throwing myself a #pityparty on this #mondayafternoon. . I’m not sure why my body won’t cooperate. Is it b/c I’m just an old fart now? I mean, I’m thankful that I do feel healthy & have no real medical problems at 45, but my joints act like they hate me. 😪 I’ve got to do something that will not irritate my elbow & now my wrist. Lifting weights is basically off limits right now, if I want to heal. I’m actually considering a #kickboxingworkout hybrid of sorts. We’ll see what I come up with! 🥊 . Back & Biceps today was harder than I was anticipating. That’s a wrap! 8 weeks of pushing myself to a new level of fitness, not missing one single workout, and feeling amazing! 💪🏻Seriously, besides this weird pain in my elbow , my body hasn’t felt this great in a long time.
