Georgie Denbrough Headcanons

okay so , it’s no secret I love this little baby with my whole heart , and I refuse to believe he didn’t grow up and live his life with the losers , so , here are my headcanons for what Georgie is like growing up , feel free to use any of them if you like them ! 🥰

• Georgie is the softest soft boy you will ever meet , he is on Ben Hanscom level of sweet , kind , and gentle .

• He has a pet turtle that he caught from the quarry , her name is Carla and he loves her dearly

• his favorite loser is Richie , despite being opposites in personality , they get along really well and Georgie thinks he is hilarious

• When Eddie and Richie started dating , Georgie actually gave Eddie the shovel talk , it was adorable , but he loved seeing his two friends so happy , and he was able to see there was more too love than he once thought

• Georgie loves flowers , he has a book on the different types of flowers and what they mean , just like Stan with his birds

• Georgie did lose his arm in his fight against Pennywise , but he was able to escape and has a cool prosthetic that he uses sometimes , it took him a few years to accept it but now he thinks it makes him unique

• his favorite things to do is to sit in the barrens with the losers and make flower crowns and listen to music , play with Carla , hang out with his best friend Avery Hockstetter ( yes I refuse to believe he is dead too , fight me ) , make a fort and watch movies inside on rainy days , or hang around in the club house after school

• based off my last hc , Avery Hockstetter ( for people who don’t know is Patrick Hockstetter’s baby brother ) was the only one who never made fun of Georgie for his arm , he was super protective of the smaller boy from the day they met and were attached at the hip ever since .

• They are also polar opposites, Avery is very rough , soft spoken , and typically a loner ( nothing like his brother , he hates bullies ) , while Georgie is a ray of sunshine with an optimistic personality and lots of love to give , they balance each other out

• Georgie has night terrors from his experience with Pennywise and refuses to go out in the rain , if he gets stuck in the rain he will have a panic attack , he is terrified of thunder storms and anything to do with the circus , including balloons

• Georgie loves musicals and broadway , his favorite is Hairspray

• Georgie loves all of the losers with all his heart , he is an honorary member of the Losers Club

• Once he got older, in middle school , and with a lot of talks from the losers , he figured out he was Gay

• Georgie cried and slept in Bill’s bed for weeks after he left for college

• Georgie volunteers to work at Mike’s farm during the summer , he loves helping with the animals the best .

• Georgie has never once blamed his brother for what happened to him , and he will continue telling him that until he believes it too

• on bad nights , Georgie and Bill will snuggle up in Bill’s bed with hot chocolate and Bill will let Georgie look through his sketch books as they talk and just be together

• in conclusion , Georgie Elmer Denbrough deserves so much love and fuck anyone who thinks other wise
