1. I'm making a 12th century bliaut and i want to put trim on the neck and sleeves, where can i find trim that's roughly appropriate for that time? Or what kind of thing should i look for?

2. Relatedly, how do i do a keyhole neckline? Every time i try to cut a slit and finish it, it goes badly, and I'd really like one on here.

3. I want to start doing calligraphy with pretty inks, but i don't know where to start with getting pens for it, until now I've mainly used the marker kind. Do i need to do a dip pen, or is there a way to get pretty ink into cartridges? And what kinds of pens are good?
