Silent Hill 2 May Be Too Scary For Me

I was going to make a video on Silent Hill 2 (PS2 version) but I’m thoroughly spooked even though I’m only an hour into it. I’ve also died like twice now. I might just choose a different game to make a video on, depends on if I can sleep tonight.

Starting at stage 11 in Mr. Mosquito, Kenichi, the father of the Yamada family, unleashes powers of the supernatural with his lightning-based attack that’s basically is a one hit K.O. depending on where you are. It was hard to get a full view of what his attack looked like but luckily in one of my game over screens it showed it. I Beat Mr. Mosquito!!!!!

It was for sure a trial. For a while I didn’t think I would be able to do it. By far, stage 11 is the hardest stage in the game. But through perseverance I got through it. Now, I’m working on the script for my video while incorporating some live reactions I had to the game. Expect a few gifs next week. Hope everyone had a good holiday!

Mr. Mosquito Video Progress Update

I really want to take the time to make my video good, so most likely it will be out in late December, not early December like I said previously. Also, I still haven’t beaten stage 11 lol. I have some time off of work this week so I plan on taking that free time to really hone in and try to beat the patriarch of the Yamada family. Expect more gifs soon.

When you begin stage 10 of Mr. Mosquito, Rena, the Yamada’s daughter, is spraying a mosquito to death with bug killer. At first I thought that was me and I’d be starting the level with reduced hearts, but nope. It’s just a random mosquito that happened to be in the room.

In Stage 9 of Mr. Mosquito the mom of the Yamada family is ready for battle. You begin in battle mode and have to make her faint in order to suck her blood. It’s like this for stage 10 and 11 too.

Probably the weirdest place I’ve had to suck blood so far in Mr. Mosquito is this girl’s eyelid. She drops her glasses and circles the room like Velma from Scooby Doo, then she stops at this one spot and you have to hone in onto her eye. This girl is from a ‘high-class family’ and has never been bitten by a bug before... until now.

Video Progress Update - Mr. Mosquito

I’ve been set back a few weeks from finishing my video due to some things that have come up in my life. I’m still working on beating the game and am officially stumped at stage 11, the second to last stage of the game. But I will not give up! My goal is to beat the stage tomorrow and work on completing the rest of the game next weekend. I plan for the video to be publicly available sometime in early December.

It’s here! My seaman video is now public. I finished it a while ago but was waiting for a commission of an illustration of myself to use for the thumbnail. I decided to just go ahead and post and use a real life pic of myself. There’s a lot of flaws in this video, mainly it ends so abruptly.
