If there’s a dragon in cr you know I’m gonna turn it into a cookie. I like the idea that their attire would reflect dark cacao kingdom culture/maybe be the inspiration for it? Kinda wanna draw baby black and white dragon too

So the dragon’s showed up, they’re called the Black and White Dragon

They’re definitely related to the twin dragons we know (my current theory is Stormbringer split them in two from this original), but the cutscene ended after this, so now I have to either wait or desperately try to complete whatever quests I can to get more

Also this dragon looks like what we know the twin dragons to look like, only both black and white

If any of you recall, I once had a character idea that was a black and white dragon that was the predecessor to the twin dragons, called the Cookie Crème Dragon. We don’t know yet when this dragon shows up (the conflict seems to be mostly tower based), so for all I know, this new dragon could be the Cookie Crème Dragon in reality, and they showed up prior to the twin dragons

Though I mean granted, they aren’t much like the one I made. For one my version was a COLOSSAL dragon, being around the same size of a mountain range. This is because two, the Cookie Crème Dragon eventually laid to rest and became the Giant Icing Ridge. Also in its time it had put the eastern side of Crispia into a perpetual winter. But I mean, I guess I don’t expect Devsis to do exactly what I did, it’s close enough

And also with this dragon, I think it gives us a good look of what the twin dragons will look like, given they have similar body shapes from what we can tell, as well location and Oreos. And perhaps with their difference in texture based on where’s black and white, perhaps the White Dragon will look more fluffy, while the Black Dragon is more sleek and smooth

Aw, tiny baby dragon

I’m gonna be honest, I didn’t entirely pay attention to the dialogue during this exposition because I just wanted to show small dragon

But from what I gathered, the Black and White Dragon started out a small hatchling, but as they ate the earth, it grew in size, and also by doing so, created the land that I assume would become the Dark Cacao Kingdom

So I was going through my screenshots, deleting ones I already used, and I realized that I forgot some

So anyways, this one. I feel like the “cutting anything in half, even a Cookie’s heart”, is foreshadowing

The best I can assume is that as said prior, Stormbringer will split the Black and White Dragon into the Black and White Dragons that Dark Cacao fought. Given everything I can gather, it seems the most logical

Though it could also mean something else? Something relating to an actual Cookie? But I don’t know about that yet, I’ll just have to wait until I get to the rest of the cutscenes

So I got to the next cutscene, and this is what happened to the Black and White Dragon

It seems I was right on the money about the dragon being split into two

Also, it seems they fought not because of any sort of feud, but rather because Stormbringer cursed them to

I’m very interested to see where this goes when we see the twin dragons in Beast Yeast. Is their story gonna end with Stormbringer’s curse being reversed and they become whole again?

she sentenced an immature child to essentially a life of misery just for just.. wanting to grow stronger?

At no point did any of the deity's give any explanation to the recently hatched black and white dragon on why they shouldn't eat everything to grow bigger. The most they ever said was like.. "no don't do that!! because it's bad and stormbringers will be upset".

We have all seen snapdragon acting like a baby after just hatching, so we KNOW that freshly hatched dragons will act like children in crk, so why isn't the black and white dragons immaturity tolerated at any point like snaps is? Imagine if in the dragon city update pitaya killed snap after they ran off, everybody would agree that that would be shitty!!

The scene where stormbringers is just ruthlessly attacking this child for wanting to be powerful is just.. sickening for me to watch?? The dragon is just screaming in pain while stormbringer is shouting about how she is powerful and it'll "teach them a lesson". girl that is a CHILD.

and then she splits them in two, which we KNOW is a shitty existence for them. No second chances, no actual explanation to them on why they can't eat everything, no empathy towards this literal child, nothing!!

Maybe this is just The Autism making me relate too much to an antagonist, idk. I just think that stormbringer was wrong to do that 🙁
