How to put your laundry back in the wash
For me

Just when I think I've finished my chores
Piles in the basket
Boom!
I thought I'd do it while watching a drama...
...morning.
Yes, I fell asleep.
To remedy this...
I've moved to a system that allows me to get back to it in less time.
I've moved to a system that allows me to return the laundry in less time.
The laundry I took in went into the basket
The laundry is placed in this order.
Upper part of the basket

Speaking of things to fold and put back
My husband's underwear
I'll fold the ones I'm taking with me to work overnight.
Towels, handkerchiefs, and nursery sets.
That's about it.
Only the towels.
I want to keep them neatly arranged.
I don't want to throw them away.
Seeing them all lined up is
Seeing them all lined up is my solace.
It's a hassle and I hate it...
Maybe I'll do it later...
I can put them back before I even think about it!
There's almost nothing to fold.

For those of you who are not good at doing laundry, here's how to get it done.
How we take in our home
I'll show you!
My family uses
We use a hanger and two stainless steel pinchers.
Put them in the laundry basket!
The order of taking them in
The first stainless steel pinch
↓1st pinch
2) Items on hangers
↓ ↓
(3) Second stainless steel pinch
I will explain in order!
The first stainless steel pinch
...Others
(Children's pants, socks, handkerchiefs, cloth masks)
Pull at once!
(2) Pull at once!
I pulled them in at my own discretion.
We also sell laundry pinchers that you just pull.
You can also buy the laundry pinchers.
The best shortening of time
And the socks that were hung next to each other...
To prevent them from getting lost in the laundry basket
Put them together and pop them in the basket!
This is also great!
(2) Items on hangers
Pants are folded
(3) The rest of the items are quickly put together.
Put them in a basket to separate ① and ③.
The second stainless steel pinch.
First...Items to be stored in the washroom
(pajamas, underwear, towels)
Just pull them out.
It only takes a few seconds to take them in.
It's a great feeling when you can take them all in at once.
It feels so good!
And we have them on the first floor.
I'll hang them up on the second floor.

For those of you who are not good at laundry, "Drying" #11
I am currently using a clothes dryer.
In the past, I used to hang my laundry at the pace of two freezes. I'll show you how we used to hang our laundry to make it more efficient!
We don't fold the laundry we take in.
We don't fold the laundry we take in as much as possible.
It's hard to feel the pile of dry laundry
It was hard to feel the pile of dry laundry appealing to me all the time.
So, I decided to
Hanger storage as it is
Throw them in and store them.
I've switched to the following two methods.
Before, I used to fold everything!
And they were perfectly aligned!
Two types of hangers for adults and children
Hangers from dry cleaners
Hangers from Daiso
I'm tempted to change to something more stylish, but
But they do the job just fine!
By person, and in the order they are stored!
Son, daughter, husband, me
How to dry small items
I bought these stainless steel pinchers at Konan.
The price is more expensive than plastic, but
The price is more expensive than plastic, but it will definitely last longer!
I live in the country.
It takes about 40 minutes on the highway to get to Nitori.
It takes about 1 hour to Muji by highway.
IKEA is twice that!
I can go down the road.
The home center, Konan and Komeri
They are our strong allies.
I digress.
When drying socks
I'll put them next to each other.
This is a task that will be appreciated by my future self!
I used two stainless steel pinchers.
The first...things to be stored in the bathroom
(pajamas, underwear, towels)
Second...Others
(children's pants, socks, handkerchiefs, cloth masks)
I hang them like this.
I know where to hang them.
I can hang them without hesitation!
My daughter hangs small things on the stainless steel pinchers.

Enthralled by beautiful things.
I focused on three key points in order to create a space at the entrance of your home where you can be enchanted by beautiful things and feel lost in your favorite things.

For those of you who are not good at laundry #10
Doing laundry can be done at night.
I'm always busy in the morning.
So, I decided to do it every night.
The next morning, you can thank yourself for hanging up the laundry last night.
You can thank yourself.
Run the washing machine immediately after taking a bath.
If you are pressed for time, run it while you are taking a bath.
(There will be some towels left over, but don't worry about it.)
1) From the laundry box on the left
Put the laundry in the left laundry box.
Put the laundry in the laundry net.
Hang the laundry net for easy access.
I learned this from the short-time coordinator, Ms. Motoshige!
I don't do a basic clothes check.
It's your own fault if your socks are inside out and not washed!
The only thing I dread is my child`s pockets.
I will check them!
(You'll see rocks and rubber bugs...)
Add detergent and turn it on.
In order to reduce the chemical element
Only detergent.
When I dry my hair or
Drying my hair, brushing my children's teeth, etc.
beep
Beep beep
(3) Drying in the free space on the second floor.
My daughter helps me with this.
It's also a parent-child time.
If this was in the morning
If it were in the morning, I would be pressed for time and would not have time to hang the clothes together.
We can hang the clothes indoors.
Advantages
No need to check the weather forecast before drying.
No need to check the weather forecast before drying.
It is not affected by the weather.
The temperature when drying is comfortable.
No need to worry if you come home late.
Less sunburn on clothes
No harm from pollen and yellow sand.
Hangers and pinchers are not easily damaged.
Disadvantages
No crispy feeling when drying on sunny days.
It takes time to dry.
Smell may occur.
I am a person who often gets my laundry wet.
I often get my laundry wet, and I'm the kind of person who hangs my futon out to dry when it's supposed to rain.
So this was perfect for me.

I'll tell you about it.
"Do you have a particular way of doing laundry?
If that commitment is
If it makes you and your family happy
Good!
If it's something that's making you and your family suffer
Why don't you think about letting go of it?
What was my obsession?
It was completely the latter.
I fold my clothes exactly edge to edge.
The rest of the line should be exactly the same.
Whenever my children or husband took out their clothes

I get frustrated.
And then other little things
I'm frustrated.
My family is completely caught up in my obsession.

Keep it clean! After Bath Routine #8
Yesterday, I told you how to do your chores while taking a bath.
I hope you found it helpful.
I hope you found it useful.
Today's trick is this!
Routine after bathing
In my case
Put on clothes
Dry your hair
Wipe up the sink with a used towel
Run the washing machine
Roll up the floor
Remove the dustpan and put it in the trash
Garbage collection (only on garbage day)
People shed an average of 50 to 100 hairs per day.
A person sheds an average of 50 to 100 hairs per day.
That's✕ for a family.
It would be nice if we could clean our hair every day.
By placing cleaning tools within easy reach
It's easy to make it a habit.
It's easy to make it a habit!
Putting Vaseline on the kids or
and getting dressed.
I've been doing this for over a year now.
I've been doing this for over a year.
If it becomes a burden, it won't continue.
When I feel like I have to do something, it becomes hard.
So, doing it while doing other things
is just right for me.

Cleaning while at home #8
I'll tell you about it!
Cleaning while working...
To clean while working on something.
Miyake Family Style
Cleaning while taking a bath
Washing shoes for preschool.
There is no need to wash them.
So that children can wash their own shoes.
Wash heavily soiled clothes by hand.
➡Don't get stuck in the washroom
Don't put it off.
Wash the bathtub when you get up.

In terms of disaster prevention, storing water is effective!
Because the children are small
We drain the water for safety reasons.

It also prevents water stains from forming.
Remove hair from drainage.

Remove the lid of the drainage system to make it visible.
When the lid is removed...
When the lid is in place...once a week.
(The area around the lid is also slippery and needs to be cleaned)
When the lid is off...almost every day.
(Good air quality and less slippery)
Washbasins, chairs, and cleaning tools
Washbasins, chairs, and cleaning utensils are hung up for storage to keep them afloat.
It is easy to clean!
It's also easy to clean!
In addition, we have
MUJI squeegee
I don't use the sponge side very often.
The sponge side is not often used, so I remove it and use it.

How to Make Cleaning Your Home Easier.
I'd like to tell you about a trick that makes cleaning my house easier.
The trick is...
I'll tell you what it is! It's cleaning while walking.
It's very efficient, but it doesn't cost you anything!
It's great!
If you put cleaning on your "to do" list
You have to do it.
If you put cleaning on your "to do" list, doesn't it make you feel like you have to do it?
It was hard to be overwhelmed by it every day.
There is a sense of accomplishment when you get it done, but
But the feeling of not being able to do it
and frustration.
or impatience.
For me, cleaning is not
It's not a chore I get excited about.
I'm nervous about the parts I can see.
I'm nervous about the parts I can see, but I tend to save the parts I can't.
It's like that.
I've just started to get busy with my children.
I've started cleaning while I'm working.
Cleaning while working...
Cleaning while doing something else
You may be doing this as a matter of course.
You may take it for granted, but by incorporating it into your work flow, it becomes a habit.
You can free yourself from the habit of "I have to do it all the time...". You can free yourself from having to do it all the time.

How to deal with housework #6
"Do you find housework to be a burden?
If you say NO, that's great!
I'm sure you enjoy doing housework.
If you say, "Yes, I do!
If I don't have to do cleaning, laundry, cooking meals, cleaning up after meals, sewing, etc., I'm happy.
If I don't have to do it, I'm happy.
In fact, 71.1% of respondents feel that housework is a burden.
When asked which household chores they find burdensome...
No. 1: Preparing meals
No. 2: Cleaning up after meals
Third: Cleaning
Survey by Work-Life Integration Association
The majority of housework is maintenance work
Removing dirt, cleaning up, etc.
It's no wonder we feel overwhelmed.
It's no wonder we feel overwhelmed.
Getting a dishwasher or Roomba is a good idea!
It may seem expensive, but
It may seem expensive, but they work for you.
It may seem expensive, but with them working for you, you'll be able to have more time for yourself.
And if you can share the housework
If you can share the housework, you can reduce the burden of housework on a daily basis.
How to get your husband and others involved
Either clean the toilet or hang the laundry!
Giving the other person a choice is effective.
"I'll clean the toilet, so you can hang the laundry.
The "I'll clean the toilet too" part is important.
But depending on the circumstances of each family
"I'll clean the bathroom.
That's where
Here are some of the things I do to ease the burden.

How to make a system
Creating a system
It's a system to help children become independent!
Our two children go to daycare on weekdays.
Our two children go to a daycare center on weekdays.
This means that mornings are a struggle! It's a flurry of activity!
The moody daughter
My fast-paced son who runs out of the house at a moment's notice!
How many times do I scream in the morning?
I'm dressed⁉
I'm brushing my teeth⁉
But then I thought about it.
Children have a vague idea of what they need to do.
But I wonder if they don't know exactly what they need to do.
What's next, what's next?
I'm the only one who knows what to do.
It's not good for the children if they have to scream in the morning.
It makes me tired too.
If adults also make a routine of what they do every day
You won't get lost in judgment.
It's a great way to improve your efficiency!
So here it is!
I created a list of things to do in the morning and at night.
I made a list of things to do in the morning and at night, and visualized what to do.
Nako-san
I used the clock from NACO's time schedule chart!
In order to attract the children's attention
I drew illustrations of the children as characters.
I asked the children to color and work together.
↓ We also set up a clock so that the children could check the time.
I'm looking forward to learning about clocks!
If this makes it easier to get ready in the morning
If this makes it easier for them to get ready in the morning, they can do their chores ahead of time after they get home.
I'm looking forward to learning about clocks!
I hope it will give you more time and peace of mind...

Conclusion after learning how to clean up #4
As a result of learning how to tidy up, the bother disappeared as quickly as it appeared.
I can even solve the problems of my friends around me!
I want everyone to know about it as soon as possible!
That's what I thought from the bottom of my heart.
It's not just about cleaning up your house!
You can also make time for yourself!
No more wasted money!
You'll love your home!
I can truly enjoy my time with my children!
That's what I thought.
The right way to organize your home
I want people who are suffering from the same problems to know about the benefits it can bring.
In order to do that, I need to learn it well so I can pass it on.
And so I set my sights on becoming a Level 1 tidy storage advisor.
Once I had my goal
We played outside as much as we could together.
And with my children fast asleep
I opened my textbooks every day.
My body was tired, but my heart was full.
But my heart was filled with joy.
Children learn a lot from play.
There was a time when I thought that playing outside was a hindrance to housework.
The children were laughing and running around with all their might.
I felt that it can change so much depending on how you look at it.
Then I started to face things.
Setting up the house
to do housework efficiently.
I adopted my own way of shortening chores.
I also let go of the "I have to do it" mentality.
I let go of the "must" things.
Now, I can't imagine going back to the way things were.
I'm free from the pressure.
That's how I got where I am today.
Organized storage ✕ Shortened housework
These two things have given me many benefits and insights.
I want as many people as possible to take those benefits!
I will be sending out information for that purpose.

The past that could not be put away #3
My parents' house is full of things.
It's a typical house where you can't throw things away.
There is a lot of stuff at the entrance.
There are piles of things in many places.
When I was in junior high school and high school, I couldn't invite my friends over to my house...
I was jealous of my friends' houses where I could invite people over anytime...
I got tired of not being able to get rid of things.
There were times when I got fed up with the lack of tidiness and got rid of things without permission.
We often had arguments because of that.
Because of that.
I was often accused of throwing things away when I didn't have what I needed.
Now that I think about it.
Throwing away people's things without permission?
That would make me angry, wouldn't it?
Please be careful!
When I was in elementary school, I myself was such a
The top of my desk was a mess.
I would shove things in the back and put stuffed animals in front of them.
I would shove things in the back and put stuffed animals in front of them, and say it was tidy.
Not being able to see things = tidiness
That's what I thought.
When New Year's comes
I used to buy a goodie bag at a stationery store.
That's why the number of small things kept increasing.
It was far more than I could manage.
It never occurred to me to throw them away or give them away.
I was focused on how to fit them into the drawers somehow.
I was focused on how to somehow fit them into drawers.
I didn't learn it in school.
My parents didn't know either.
That's what I thought.
If parents know how to put things away
they can teach it to their children.
This will become a lifelong skill for the child.
In addition, they can develop the ability to make decisions and think things through in order.
I'm now working as a tidy storage advisor.

I'd like to share with you my family's system of organizing and storage✕ shortened housework.
Currently I am...
I am now able to enjoy my time with my children, bake, and have time for myself.
I'd like to share with you some of the things that have given me that time.
I am happy to help people who are having the same problems as me.
I am a mother of a five-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son.
My husband works at a distant office and stays overnight, so I am in a state of "single-operation parenting.
I am so busy with housework and raising my children that I don't even have the energy to smile every day.
The children play outside until the sun goes down.
I hadn't prepared dinner yet, hadn't taken a bath yet, hadn't cleaned up yet, and yet we fell asleep together.
It was a repetition of these days.
I had no time to enjoy the growth of my children.
Frustrating housework.
I wanted to have time for myself.
I had completely lost my confidence in those days, but by getting my house in order, I was able to gain confidence in myself.
I created this book based on my experience.
I'm going to write about my home, which I created based on my experiences, along with my daily life.
What do you want to do when you have time for yourself?
What would you like to do if you could be more confident?
Wouldn't you like to enjoy the time with your children that you only have now?
Let's make that excitement come true!
I'm looking forward to working with you.

Me before I found organizing and storage.#1
Thank you again today!
I'm a mom who works mainly in Gobo City and Hidaka County in Wakayama Prefecture.
child-rearing mom I'm Haruka Miyake. I'll be back soon.
I would like to share with you some of my tips on how to organize your home so that you can play together, sleep together and still have a tidy home. Organizing and storage ✕ Short-time housework I'm currently working on a new project!
Level 1 tidy storage advisor Short-time housekeeping coordinator (Basic) Parent and Child Tidying Instructor Level 2
After graduating from high school, I got a job at a railroad company.
I was especially close to my high school graduates who joined the company in the same year. We spent our private time together.
Two of them left the company a few years after joining. One of them became a store manager. The other went overseas. Their way of life was very stimulating for me.
I don't know if I'm going to stay like this forever... I don't know what I want to do, and I graduated from high school...
It was around that time that I started to think about such things.
Then I met my husband, got married, had a baby, and took childcare leave. I started to raise my two children, a daughter and a son. My husband worked overnight, and I could not rely on my parents. In such a situation, childcare at home was I wanted to scream every day more than I imagined.
I had no time for myself and no space in my heart.
I was able to greet the night safely again today. That was all I could do.
I couldn't blame my children for the lack of progress in my household chores. I blamed my children for my lack of progress in the household. "I'm scared of you. There were times when my daughter would say to me, "Mommy, you're scaring me.
I want to raise my children by myself.
I took parental leave because I wanted to raise my children by myself. I hated myself every day and cried in my room alone. I'll never forget those days.
I had to do everything perfectly. I had set myself a task that was completely over my capacity. I felt sorry for myself and my family because of it.
As for my husband... He is the type of person who goes to great lengths to pursue his hobbies. His spirit of exploration is mind-boggling. When he was immersed in his hobby, he looked so happy and radiant.
I thought that if I could be like him, my daily life would become more enjoyable. I called a hula dance class that I had been interested in for a long time. There was no way I could attend while taking care of my two children at home, so I gave up.
But I will not give up on my dream of attending a hula dance recital in Hawaii!
I can't do anything in this situation! I was so depressed and desperate.
I was depressed and desperate, but then I heard, "Storage is good! My husband said casually. My husband casually said to me.
It's true that I clean up my house every day. But it's always a mess. No matter how much I put away, I still don't feel satisfied. My family won't let me put things back. Maybe I should just throw it all away!
I realized that I had been struggling with this thought.
It's not my hobby, but I'm interested! Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
