He had been getting ready with everyone else. Making sure his vest was secured and he had the weapons he needed. The contact phone was placed in an internal pocket. He looked over at Jill as she walked over to him.

"Hey." He said. He knew what the use of his name really meant and he had even started to kneel down a little as she helped give him his radio. It was something they had done countless times.

"I know Jill." He said. "I promise nothing is wrong. It's just been a long couple of weeks."

Not saying a word, Jill finished getting ready before pulling her hair back and handing Chris his radio. She slid her handguns on her legs and one in her chest holster before walking over to Wesker. She'd been watching him the whole time she was getting ready and she knew something was up. She'd known him long enough and was close enough to him to know when the big guy was hiding somehing. If he didn't want to tell her, she wasn't about to push but she also didn't trust people, even her team all the time so making jokes was her way of making people think she wasn't really going to find out but she was whateve it took.

Standing in front of him, Jill kept her voice low. "Hey, Albert." She didn't often use his first name at work, they all used last names but she wanted him to know he could trust her. Reaching up, she placed his ear piece on as she always did and his radio in his side holster.

"You know, I'm being sassy but I care about you, right?"

"Yeah, do you want to try that new Mediterranean place?" Zoe asked, they had hours of research ahead of them, possibly days of research. But knowing her mom was going to help her made it a little less daunting.

Zoe knew she gave Bruce a hard time, she didn't think he was a bad guy, he helped keep people safe, even if the way he did it wasn't always orthodox or ethical. But that wasn't really something Zoe herself could control, even if she didn't always approve.
