When Kpop fans call idols 30+ ‘hags’ as if that is considered to be ‘old’. Then again, being in my 20’s I’ve also been called a ‘hag’ interaction with Kpop fans. It’s funny to joke around of course since it is a joke itself. Though some of these fans actually mean it. I really don’t see how hitting your 30s equals to being ‘old’. Most of your life and best memories doesn’t even start until you enter your 30’s. As I’ve always said, it’s weird that Kpop fans assume idols want to retire and give up their dream at such a young age unlike in the west and most places artists and singers go on until they’re considers ‘senior citizens’ and even longer. Though only in Kpop fans think idols don’t want to go on past 29. It’s quite weird if you ask me why that is the mind set. Not everyone also wants to get married and settle down by 30+. I know I don’t.
P.s the adults who are fans are the reason why your groups make money. We buy the merch, tickets and albums 😉
