Personal Life: Shop in the area of your grocery store where you can fill your own containers! It reduces waste, you’re getting more fresh food, AND who doesn’t love the look of organizing their pantry with these jars??

Personal Life: Plastic water bottles are insanely wasteful and harmful to the environment, so make the switch to reusable water bottles! I’ve found that I drink even more water than usual when I use my reusable bottles

It’s been a few months since I purchased any nondairy milk at the grocery store. I’ve just been making my own oat milk, using rolled oats I bought in bulk, (which is soooo cheap). I’m saving money while also saving waste 😎
It’s 1 cup of rolled oats, 3.5 cups water, and a pinch of salt. You can even add some vanilla extract if you want a sweeter milk.

Personal Life: say NO to wasteful, single-use products! Less clean up for you, and way kinder to our beautiful Earth!!
One eeeeeeasy way to go green.
Avoid using the Keurig coffee-pod machines. I think the concept is cool, but the single-use pods are the epitome of unnecessary waste. Opt for regular coffee-pot coffee. Even if they get recycled, the recycling process still consumes energy best left to other more necessary items.
