Γιατί εναποθέτω την αξία μου και βασίζω την διάθεση μου από την συμπεριφορά ενός άλλου άτομο προς τα εμένα;

Είναι δυσκολο να συνειδητοποιήσεις ότι καμία σχέση δεν έχει το ένα με το άλλο. Όταν κάποιος δεν αναγνωρίζει τι αξίζεις, δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν αξίζεις. Σημαίνει ότι αυτός δεν αξίζει σε σένα.

Όταν πραγματικά καταλάβεις ότι η συμπεριφορά του καθενός δείχνει κάτι μόνο για τον ίδιο και όχι για σένα, θα απελευθερωθείς.
