When did you start wearing 24/7 and have you lost any bladder or bowel control?

I wear 24/7 except with the occasional panties for family events. I've even started wearing goodnites to those though, because my bladder control isn't great. I dont always use them to mess in, but I do it quite frequently. Sometimes it just is too impractical or even rude. I have terrible bladder control from wearing nonstop for the last 5 years. As far as bowel control goes, it is pretty much impossible to lose that unless you have a more severe stomach issue. I highly question those who claim loss of bowel control.
