thinspo challenge day 12:
what do i normally eat? this changes quite a lot for me but at the minute i normally eat one small ‘meal’ like a smoothie, one normal meal which is always dinner and then sometimes i snack on fruits and veggies in between. some of my safe foods are oats, natural peanut butter, tofu, halloumi, almost all fruits and veg (im cautious of apples and bananas specifically), zero fat greek yoghurt and soups

my mum made chilli for dinner and i feel so full and disgusting despite not eating any of the meat (it was very off-putting) and about half of my rice. hopefully this feeling goes away soon

day 10:
i haven’t found it particularly hard this time (yet) however the last time i lost quite a bit of weight the hardest thing i gave up honestly was having the energy to enjoy my days. yes i was semi happy with my weight but i was tired and miserable all the time
