Israel has done what we all predicted and warned about. Simple, pure evil. They pushed Palestinians by carpet bombing everywhere till they all had to go to the least bombed place (No, Rafah was never completely safe. They were bombed there, too, to a horrific degree), and then, after cramming what nears a two million civilians with about 600 thousand children, they are asking them to leave... to where?! Nowhere. They are just saying leave. So then, when they kill them all, they can say 'Oh, we warned them'

Rafah is now the most densely populated place in the world, with a population of about 1.5 million and prehaps more in 64 km2. About 25 miles squere.

A marathon is 26 miles straight. You can at least run through Rafah in length once and in width twice and pass the 1.5 million Palestinians. That's how crammed it is. With no where to run

if you live in the range of the tornadoes tonight, take pictures of your valuables and document everything you can, as specifically as you can. take pictures of every corner of where you live if you can, including pictures of the outside. if there is something expensive that you have documentation for, take pictures of the documentation and try to keep the documentation somewhere safe. walk through video might also be helpful. this is so you can make better insurance claims later.

A lot, lot of the casual liberal lesbophobia expressed by GBT people is just the result of their inability to even process that a woman could just flat out not desire men, not due to the Evil Lesbians pressuring other sapphics into denying their Secret Attraction to men, but just because... Some of us just don't fancy dudes sexually or romantically at all.

No, not even a little bit. Yes, we're sure. For real, we're not like, in secret denial about it. Some of us just don't want them at all and feel perfectly content and fulfilled not including them in our romantic or sexual lives even as teeny tiny possibilities.

Yes, I swear I don't secretly wish I "could" be with a man even theoretically. We're fine. I promise we don't feel deprived of anything, save maybe of the misery that is being coerced into being with someone of a gender we're not into and that on top of that tends to be very violent to us. Shocker. (And yes, we still wouldn't want them even if it wasn't for that violence.)

I'm in awe of how we ran historical revisionism on the civil rights movement so bad that people truly believe it was quiet self-sacrifcial non-disruptive christ-like activism that forced progress and not — like — the incredible economic pressure of boycotts and outbreaks of illegal civil disobedience
