Since it was a vaginal birth, thereby, loosening of my vaginal walls was definite and pretty much unavoidable.
With time, my confidence in bed started to shatter which further affected my performance to a considerable level.
 At that point of time, I was upset but positive enough to bounce back. Of course, I wanted to love back my husband the way he does and hence, overcoming a concern like this was more than a need for me. So I started to search ways out and remedies that could serve as an aid for my flabby vagina. My mission was clear, I wanted to get tighten up down there but was not in favor of unconventional methods.
 There were some natural tricks that clicked me, techniques that I found effective, and methods that were convincing to my ears. But my preference was the remedies that have the potential to resurrect the vagina with health to firmness. Hence, my efforts ultimately turned fruitful and I got a hold of solutions that were by and large, useful for all.

 Personally, I never felt the guilt to discuss or accept that my vagina too, got stretched out due to childbearing. Kegel are simple moves that need nothing- not even efforts and time. You just have to focus on your PC muscles, compress them for some seconds and relax. Now this step has to be repeated for 20 times more, for no less than 5 times a day.
Kegel turns out to be quite effective when done with accuracy and consistency. The only problem you may face while performing it is getting the hold on the right muscle- that’s it.
 Simply take few minutes out of your busy routine and fix a spot where you will be performing the kegel regularly. Since it involves no noticeable movements, thereby, you can carry out kegel without letting others get a hint of your struggle.
 Well, I heavily support Kegel and believe that it is by far, a good practice for vaginal elasticity, firmness and health, but I still prefer a fast acting method over Kegel which I am sure, most of you will do.

4-    Vaginal tightening gels:  The market is fully equipped with products meant to cater your personal needs but when something as sensitive as your lady part is concerned, you cannot afford to give random products a try. Of course, you never know what they are actually made up of, and what exactly their mechanism is. On top of that, some products contain synthetic and chemical agents that can harm your skin and double your troubles, hence, its always good to trust the trusted and avoid products that are not known to you.
As you can see, almost every method has some positive and negative aspects, and there is a great need to consider each and every one while going for any. Honestly, if I talk about myself, I would definitely pick a natural course, under any circumstances. Natural remedies are highly promising, but the only trick to reap the most out of them is to be committed to them.
