Hi Tumblr,

sobrang tagal na nung huling post ko dito sa blog pa yun. You know meron na kong sariling blog spot sa isang writing forms kaya lang related kay IU 😂 Nabaliw ako sa kanya. Meron din ako 1k plus followers na di ko naman inexpect. Dumami kaibigan ko, na mahal din nila ako, treating me as a bunso, babe at sobrang proud sa mga na-aachive ko today. You know, the best highlights ng 2019 ko nung makilala ko sila syempre si IU din nung nagcon siya dito and patuloy ako sa plan na manood ng concerts. Swerte ako kasi may blog ako na pwedeng pagkunan, inspiration ko din yung pag-gawa. The biggest plot twist ng 2019 ko is nung malaman ko na clinically diagnosed ako na may Mid-severe insomnia and Slightly depression. Hahaha, nabaliw ako. Di ako nagpaparamdam sa mga friends ko ng college, those people I loved. Ilang buwan din yun. And guess what? Kahit na di ko sila nakakausap sobrang overwhelmed ako sa mga nakilala ko dahil lagi nila akong tinatanong, minemassage at puno lagi ang dms. I always keep going lord, I always go to council to check kung okay pa ba ko? I really study well and work well. Natatakot ako na baka matuluyan akong mabaliw, pero ngaun parang hindi dahil sa mga taong nasa paligid ko. Now, may lakas na kong buksan yung dms nila, lumabas pagniya ng friends ng college. Hindi madali, pero kakayanin ko. For now hanggang dito muna tinatamad na ko. 😂

MA-Aenas Team Labas 2K19 Fan Gathering and First Cupsleeve Event: Maenas enjoyed and Supported it well.

On December 28, 2019 Ma-aenas #TeamLabas 2k19 organized their first ever Fan Gathering and Cupsleeve Event in with partnership of Pro Station Claw Machine in Shopwise Cubao, Quezon City and with the help of Uaenas Ph and IU International.

This event have two objectives. First, is to have a year end Fan gathering for the admins of the Ma-Aenas #TeamLabas 2019 to have some interactions and to know each other well. They even invited the admins of the two pages, Uaenas Ph and IU International and yes of course the two groups are gladly accept the invitation. Second is to enjoy and have fun in the Cupsleeve Event organized by the #TeamLabas itself. Some of Maenas joined and wholeheartedly liked the freebies that #TeamLabas prepared. Some of it are Hand banners, photocards and many more.

Moreover, The telegram group were present too and happily say that the event was so nice and the organizers are approachable than expected. Also, the IU International and Uaenas PH donated some freebies in additional for the event freebies of #Team Labas.

Lastly, the combined efforts of the #TEAMLABAS and the two groups stated above seen on that event. Preparations until on the last drop of cupsleeve the energy of the organizers are no doubts but in full mode. Thank you for the support "Kapwa Maenas" until next CS Event and Fan Gathering.

Special thanks to the whole team of the three pages especially to #TEAMLABAS organizers. Uaenas PH and IU International admins represented by Ms. Melanie Mallari and to all Ma-Aenas joined and to the support gave to all organizers in this event. THANK YOU! First Cupsleeve event of Uaenas Ph with collab of IU International: Ma-Aenas Digs in!

Last December 13, 2019 few hours before Love, Poem in Manila, Uaenas PH with collaboration of IU International are gathered and organized their first ever Cupsleeve event (IU Love, Poem in Manila) partnership with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf nearer in Araneta. This event have two objectives: First, is to support IU in her first concert Love, Poem and Manila. Second is to interact and communicate to some Maenas (Team Con and Team Labas) Also, to chill and hangout few hours before the concert. Organizers are in state of shock because some Ma-Aenas patrionize their event. The freebies that for Ma-Aenas are all out too. Hand banners, pins, photocards and many more.

Moreover, Organizer/s saw the happiness to the Ma-Aenas because some of them this CS event is the first ever event that they are in since when they stan our beloved IU. The love and support for IU seen to the faces of our Ma-Aenas. One of the highlights of the CS event is the photo booth with lightstick on hand, Ma-Aenas grab this precious opportunity to pick some photos of themselves with Lighstick on their hands to feel that for seconds they own the lightstick kekeke!

In addition, Team labas also came in to collab to these two organizers (Uaenas PH and IU International) They donated some photocards and help us to distribute it to Uaenas. Also, the volunteers of this event gave their best efforts as well.

Special thanks to the admins of #TEAM LABAS Ms.Angeline Ebajo Bentillo, Ms.Marion Beatrice Lorin and other admins of your team and also to the volunteers the warm gratitudes and the pleasure of your are well appreciated. Lastly, to Ma-Aenas joined the CS event thank you for your warm support and if you have some time don't hesitate to come.

Lahat tayo gusto magkaroon ng the one? the one sa career, the one sa lahat ng bagay pero gusto mo rin, tayo na magkaraon ng the one sa relationship. Tama? ideny mo man feel kita teh dumaan din ako dyan. Gusto pa nga nating mag-HHWWPSSP (Holding hands while walking pa sway sway pa. 😂 charot!) At syempre magpapahuli ba naman yung katagang? "I like you?, want hug? i want to cuddle you, Sus ate robot ka kung di mo na gawa yan. Ano ka may pusong bato? 😅 chareng!. Of course hindi natin pwedeng kalimutan yung salitang "I love you." naparang candy na mabibili mo na lang sa kanto dahil sa panay sambit na katagang ito, inaaraw araw ba naman? walang sawa? di ka ba nasusuya? 😂 nawawala na yung sense ng salitang "mahal kita" dahil daig mo pa, (hindi ko nilalahat 😂😂) na magpalit ng boys araw araw sa maligo at magpalit ng damit pagnadumihan? 😂😂 don't bash me okay just stating the fact but bakit nga ba mahirap magmove-on, kahit isang araw lang kayo nagkakilala, one week, two weeks, months and years. BAKIT HANGGANG NGAYON HIRAP KA PA DIN? HIRAP KA PA DIN MAG MOVE-ON! HOY GALAW GALAW! hindi lang sa kanya naka ikot ang mundo, hindi sa kanya ang buhay mo. Leave! Go! Fly! tuklasin mo bakit ka niya iniwan? Hindi pa huli ang lahat bebe girl, hindi pa huli magbago at maging matino para sa ikakabuti mo! Ikaw ang magpapatunay na maganda ka inside and out ipakita mo na you will shine without him. ☺️ Ipakita mo na ikaw, successful ka na ng walang tulong sa kanya. Halika may ibabahagi ako sayo na Apat na madaling paraan paano makamove - on based sa mga nakikita ko sa mga tao at sa mga nakilala ko.

1. Don't listen to Heartbroken Music- Sabi ng Karamihan, maganda daw makinig ng music pagheartbroken yes tama naman yun. Pero te wag ka naman makinig ng music na pangheartbroken! Yung mga mellows? yung paiiyakin ka lalo at sasaktan ka lalo. broken ka na nga papatayin mo pa yung sarili mo sa kalungkutan. Parang ML lang double kill, gusto mo pa matriple kill? Like the song of IU's (through the night) ang sakit ng kantang yan parang kang may time bomb na any time paiiyakin ka at yung boses palang ng kumanta niyan parang gusto mo ng sumuko kahit hindi ka naman broken. 😅 Sa karamihan, matinde ang impact ng kantang to. Kahit hindi naman sa ganun ka broken na kanta pero yung mga liriko nito tagos sa puso. Dahil ito yung kanta na pinagtagpo pero hindi itinadhana. 😅 sakit di ba? Mamili tayo ng mga kanta na nababagay sa atin habang nasa proseso tayo ng pagmomove on. Listen to happy songs, makakatulong yun. Kasi madidivert nito ang lahat ng sadness sa puso mo. Base sa science, kapag ang utak ay nakarinig ng nakakaindak na tunog dumadami ang happy hormones na nakakadivert ng sad part ng brain natin. At maiwasan ang nagpapalungkot sa atin. Kaya dapat happy lang, wag mong isipin ang nakaraan, sabayan mo lang ang buhay kasama ang musika namakakatulong sa atin araw araw. 😁

2. Don't block him on your social media sites- Wag mong ipakita na hahabulin mo pa siya sa pamamagitan ng pagblock sa kanya. Guilty ka ba? ikaw na nga sinaktan. Bakit mo iboblock para di mo makita yung face niya baka kasi mahulog ka ulet sa kanya. Ay wow te karupokan 101, rupokness overload ba? 🤣🤣 Ipakita mo sa kanya na kaya mong magmove on kahit nakikita mo siyang masaya sa iba. bakit kawalan ba siya sayo? ikaw iniwan kaya ipakita mo na hindi mo siya kailangan. Maraming paraan para maignore mo siya kahit hindi mo siya iblock. Ipakita mo na gumaganda yung buhay mo ng wala siya, na marami pang opportunities para sayo and in the end mapapansin mo na lang na ikaw mismo na okay ka na nakikita mo siya at alam mo sa sarili mo na ready ka na. Wag ipilit ang mga bagay kapag hindi pa panahon. Yes masakit pero nandyan si lord, pray ka lang magwoworth yan. Sabi nga ni IU sa kanta (through the night) "I will send you a letter" pero ang letter na yun ay may nakasulat na ("Hoy mokong ako pala yung sinayang mo." 🤣🤣).

3. Don't trash the memories- Sa iba ang mga pagtatapon ng mga gamit galing sa ex ay nakakatulong para makamove-on. Para matrash ang memories. Pero alam mo nagsasayang kayo ng pera huy! lalo na kung mamahalin binigay sa inyo nakuuu wag niyong itapon ipamigay niyo na lang sa nangangailangan. Itabi yung mga memorable para sayo ipamigay naman ang sa palagay mo na kaya mo ilet go. Kasi memories will always keep on the heart, why? lagi mo siyang maalala sa gamit na yun or sa specific na memories lalo kung masaya. 😊 Kasi dun kayo nagbond sa memories na yun, naging bahagi pa rin siya ng buhay mo. And part of that memories helps you to look and move forward. Halimbawa, nagpunta kayo sa ganitong lugar para hindi mo na siya maalala wag munang puntahan yun, isa pa binigyan ka ng teady bear sa una hindi mo mabitawan kasi you keep the memories pero sa huli mamalayan mo na lang nailalagay mo na siya sa box at iseseal kasama yung mga alala na kasama siya. Sabi nga ni IU "I don't want you to disappear." so sa pagtatabi ng mga gamit niya hindi nga nadisappear yung memories pero nagsilbing aral siya sayo na the next time na ready ka na magmahal ulet hindi mo na tutularan ang nakaraan mo. Last but not the list.

4. Leave! Go! Fly! Pray! - LEAVE- Iwan mo na yung nakaraan dahil yun ang isa sa pinakamasakit na nangyari sa buhay mo, matuto ka na. Hindi ka bola para irebound ng kung sino sino lang at pagnahulog ka ulet sure ka bang may sasalo sayo in the end of the quarter? be you pahinga ka muna pagready ka na edi GO na- Go with the flow, kusang darating yan, wait ka lang dyan, stay put kung baga. 😊 Wag mag madali marami dyan na deserve ka. You deserve better and to be loved by someone. Pag nakahanap ka na na alam mong mapapasaya ka. You should FLY with him- Dapat parehas kayo mataas ang lipad, may pangarap sa buhay 😂 Wag mong hahayaan na parehas kayong babagsak. Naniniwala akong You can fly higher than the mountains kasi both of you nagsikap sa relationship at mapunta kayo sa sitwasyon na to. Pag alam niyong happy na kayo sa isat-isa. You should PRAY. God will be the center of your relationship, para kahit anong pagsubok pag nandyan si god at nagpray kayo malalampasan niyo ng matiwasay. Praying is the shield of your relationship sa lahat ng problemang dumating, o humiling kayo prayer is the key. So lagi mong tatandaan na LEAVE! GO FLY PRAY paghanda ka na ulet magmahal. 😁

Tips lang naman to, nasa sa inyo kung susundin niyo. Kayo pa rin gagawa ng mga paths niyo sa buhay kung paano kayo magaadapt or magccope sa proseso ng pagmomove-on.
