Health Protocol for immune resiliency against transmission from Covid vaccine spike protein
Tumblr media
I have put together a health protocol to protect against transmission of spike protein from Covid vaccine by building immunes system resiliency. The idea is, to be so resilient that even if we come in contact with a COVID affected person, our immune system is able to neutralise it. Gut and immune health are directly connected, one can say Gut Health = Immune Health and vice versa. Everyone is unique and has different constitutional predispositions. The information below has guidelines and everyone needs to apply their own common sense and understanding of their body as to what they can use and what they can't. If in doubt, it is best to consult a natural health practitioner. Enjoy reading. - Make raw onion and raw garlic a daily part of meals as both have high anti-viral, anti-parasitic properties. They help the body with fighting off and purging the spike protein and other particulates/toxins. They 'literally' burn so make sure you eat them with food and see if your stomach can handle them easily. - Fennel Tea as protection against spike protein transmission, video explaining this: https://www.bitchute.com/video/vLo4i3FVWAop/ - Pine Needle Tea  as protection against spike protein transmission, article explaining this: https://ambassadorlove.wordpress.com/2021/05/06/pine-tea-possible-antidote-for-spike-protein-transmission/?fbclid=IwAR1_DVRRCRB4Rfdr00cErT_RURUOEPc3Zyx1DNRWnAuaPgK_ZPUidzgunSg - Video on how to harvest the right kind of pine needles:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RdTcmexTBH0 - Steam inhalation using essential oils of tea tree, rosemary, eucalyptus, especially after you come home from a crowded place or near a vaccination centre. This practice is also beneficial when done daily as it also promotes mental clarity and memory. - Frankincense essential oil also known as Boswellia is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatories and immune boosters. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine. It can be used in a vaporiser or in steam inhalation.  https://draxe.com/essential-oils/what-is-frankincense/   There are some good supplements available that contain Boswellia and Turmeric extract which can be used to boost the immune system and also in case of joint pain. However the use should be only for limited time or with gaps, again please check with a practitioner: https://nz.iherb.com/pr/California-Gold-Nutrition-Boswellia-Extract-Plus-Turmeric-Extract-250-mg-120-Veggie-Capsules/89210 - Ayurvedic Infusion: in a glass jar of water soak these - organic lemon slices with peel, organic orange slices, cut apple, cut fresh ginger and turmeric, crushed cardamom and cumin and any of these herbs- tulsi/holy basil, lemon balm, dandelion. Close the lid and soak overnight or 8 hours during the day, when ready, strain and drink. The infusion contains powerful essential oils from lemon and orange peel which have antimicrobial properties: https://draxe.com/essential-oils/lemon-essential-oil-uses-benefits/ Herbs and spices add various complex medicinal compounds that are beneficial for the digestive and immune system. The infusion tastes delicious. - Golden Milk - an amazing immune tonic, I am sharing my recipe: https://ayurveda-mandala.com/blog/golden-milk-gorgeousness-perfect-immune-tonic/ - Reishi and Chaga Mushrooms are amazing to build a strong immune system. Besides that these mushrooms have numerous other properties. Please check out my blog and there are links to other related blogs in this article: https://ayurveda-mandala.com/blog/reishi-the-queen-of-medicinal-mushrooms/  - Sauerkraut and Beet Kvass are fermented foods which help strengthen the gut and immune system besides giving vitamins, antioxidants and other nutrients. - Regular use of Miso soup and Chicken broth will not only keep your immunity strong but also heal your gut.  - Neti - Ayurvedic nasal wash with warm salt water - an excellent way to clear the nasal passage and detox. - Homeopathic remedies: Arsenicum Album, Gelsemium and Eupatorium also known as AGE - these can be used as prophylactic and on the onset of symptoms. Best to check with a homeopath or a homeopathic pharmacy. - 15-20 min Lymphasizing exercises such as - jumping on rebounder, brisk walking /light jog, jumping jacks - all will keep the lymph system moving and help detox the body. - Yogic breathing such as Kapaal Bhati and Anulom-Vilom Pranayam helps to expel toxins and increase oxygen flow to lungs and brain. - Direct sunlight on skin for 15 to 30 min regularly makes a huge difference to immune health and mental health so try to get that as much as possible. - Information and link below on Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, VitC, D and Zinc that have been used successfully in preventing or reducing Covid effects - Staying away, where possible, from going near Vaccination Centres as there is the most risk of coming in contact with transmission of spike protein from the vaccine. Taking the above measures would ensure that our immune system is capable of handling it even if we come in contact. Sharing few more of my blogs below on how Medicinal Mushrooms, Ayurvedic herbs and spices can be used Ayurvedically and medicinally to create a robust immune system and gut health:   1. https://ayurveda-mandala.com/blog/immunity-tonic-herbs-and-medicinal-mushrooms/ 2. https://ayurveda-mandala.com/blog/ayurvedic-wisdom-for-a-strong-immune-system/ Ivermectin is the most successful preventative and treatment against Covid-19 disease and spike protein: https://c19ivermectin.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vYF8bnmdQfY This and other treatments like Hydroxycloroquin, with Zinc, Vitamin D and C were showing early on high success rates in preventing or reducing Covid effects: - https://swprs.org/on-the-treatment-of-covid-19/ - https://rumble.com/vay2vx-dr.-mccullough-explains-treatment-protocol.html - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjYKx-wqxJk - https://aapsonline.org/covidpatientguide/ Read the full article

Immunity, Tonic Herbs and Medicinal Mushrooms
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tonic herbs and Medicinal Mushrooms are adaptogenic in nature ie - they provide your body what it needs, in order to restore balance or homeostasis.  They help to improve the immune system, nervous system, gut and digestive health, increase overall stress resilience, vigor and vitality. I have listed a few herbs below which are particularly helpful in this direction. - Ashwagandha: an Ayurvedic herb translated as the scent of a horse, is the ultimate adaptogen and stress-buster and this has been proven by research. Indications: feeling stressed, anxious, tense, weakness in body - Reishi: This is a highly revered medicinal mushroom for centuries by the Taoist masters and rightly called the the Queen of Medicinal Mushrooms. It helps to fully embodying Shen (inner wisdom, higher self), one of the Three Treasures in TCM. Indications: over-thinking mind, tired and wired, prone to anxiety or anxiety ridden, panic attacks, depression. - Qi Tonic:  This is tonic blend to build life force or Qi(Chi). The herbs in this blend are also building immune system, shielding against the pathogens and gut health as well strengthen the lungs. - Mason's Mushrooms: a balanced blend of 8 medicinal mushrooms, this is amazing to improve gut health, emotional balance, overall vitality and resilience. It has a comforting effect and can be easily added to hot chocolate or cacao shake. Indications: emotional upsets like feeling tense, irritable, stuck and frustrated, gut dis-balance - Maca:  Peruvian organic Maca by Seleno Health is quite a unique and powerful superfood. Taken daily Organic Maca has the ability to balance hormones, reduce stress, boost energy & vitality, enhance male and female sexual health, fight fatigue, improve cognitive function and mental health, improve mood, slow ageing I have been using the medicinal mushrooms and tonic herbal blends from SuperFeast. They are one of the best in the market, premium quality, highly potent products. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I started using Reishi in January to help with insomnia. From the first time I took it I noticed a mellow, calming effect. My sleep still isn’t prefect but the Reishi definitely helps! For people who feel wired or worried at night time, this is a must. I take it either on it’s own with hot water or steep it with chamomile and lavender and then add a dash of coconut cream and some honey." Gemma, Auckland ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “I have been using medicinal mushrooms from Manasi at Ayurveda Mandala for some months now. Initially I was a bit sceptical that these were good quality as they come from China. However after learning about the mushroom growth/production environment and practices, and the strict testing process that is undertaken for impurities, which was confirmed by sample test result documentation sent to me after I requested it, I realised that these were as good as they were promoted to be, the real deal in other words. Because the promised benefits regarding these medicinal mushrooms are amazing.  However another hurdle was the price – they are not cheap! But I relaxed when I learnt you only need a very small amount each day for the full benefits, so it lasts a long time. And they have proved to be great. I’ve been taking half a level teaspoon daily for several months and notice the positive effect. Jing is a powerful booster for my energy – and I was able to stop taking the adrenal supplements I had been taking. I also work at a computer doing IT work all week, and initially Lion’s Mane, but later on Neural Nectar also made a noticeable difference there. I design complicated software, and also have to problem solve IT issues for clients, and both are heavy duty mental operations. And I am happy to report that my mental energy and resilience are definitely improved since taking this, and I wouldn’t want to be without it. Finally, I got curious about the Tremella mushroom for vanity reasons as it was said to improve your skin! And now I’m a true fan of that as well – after a few weeks of taking it I noticed a glow to my skin that looked pretty good. So I do recommend medicinal mushrooms from Ayurveda Mandala.” Hoop, Auckland ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Testimonials from clients using Medicinal Mushrooms Order here or Get in touch with me  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My other blogs that you might find useful - Reishi - The Queen of Medicinal Mushrooms Maca for Hormonal Balance and Vitality Ashwagandha - The Scent of a Horse Why I LOVE Mason's Mushrooms Tremella - The Beauty Mushroom He Shou Wu brought my Mojo back Lion's Mane for Brain Gain -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Mushroom recipes for inspirations -  Reishi Cashew Shake Dandelion Reishi Tea Shrooms Magic Shake Mushroom, Almond and Cranberry Chocolate Bar ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Facebook Reviews  [email protected] www.ayurveda-mandala.com 021 132 5701 Wishing you peace, health and longevity!

Ayurvedic wisdom for a strong immune system
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Change of season is always a challenging time for the body to adapt and adjust. Therefore it is quite easy to get sick or catch a flu especially when one is living a busy life and there are daily stresses to deal with. The only way to avoid getting sick is to look after one's immune system with diligence and pro-active attitude. If the immune is strong, the viruses and bacteria will not have an affect and if they do get hold of you, you will recover fast.  Immune system and digestive system or gut health are directly related. By strengthening the immune you are making your gut health stronger and vice versa. I would like to share some Ayurvedic and Herbal Wisdom that can be applied to your daily life with ease. Below are few immune building tips to inspire you to stay healthy and positive:   - Really increase the consumption of fruits and foods rich in vitamin C - all citruses, incl citrus peel (make sure it is organic), papaya, berries - Turmeric is an amazing immune building and anti-inflammatory spice. It can be used in cooking or fresh in salads or can be made into Golden Milk. Check out my recipe for this creamy, comforting and immune boosting drink : Golden Milk Gorgeousness  - Fermented foods like Sauerkraut and Kombucha are highly beneficial to your gut health thus enhancing your immune health. - Reishi and Chaga - Medicinal Mushrooms are known for their immune building properties in Chinese Traditional Medicine. A little goes a long way. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of Reishi  or Chaga extract powder in warm water will not only protect your immune system, it will build a robust immunity going forward. Check out here for more information.  I have a blog post sharing my experiences with Reishi, Click here to read.  - Miso soup - mix a tsp of miso paste and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in vegetable broth or chicken broth and drink a small cup before breakfast and dinner. It not only nourishes the cells but acts as an appetite stimulant. - Use warm spices in cooking or tea will help keep your digestive system warm and immune strong -  cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, turmeric, black pepper, fennel, fenugreek.  - Eating small amount of raw or cooked garlic is very helpful if you want to protect your immune system or get over a flu or cold. It is important to note that garlic reduces blood pressure. It also has sulphur. Some people might feel the the effects, so tune in to your body and decide how much is just enough. - Other Herbs and Supplements that are really helpful: Olive Leaf Extract, Zinc and Selenium, Vit D3 and K2, Vit C, Echinacea tincture - If you like green of fruit based smoothies, they can be cooling on the system esp if the season is spring, winter or autumn., It is recommended to add warming spices to balance it out - ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom. - Regular exercise will not only move the blood and lymph but also de-stress your mind and release happy hormones - endorphins. It works wonders for body and mind. A combination of brisk walk, resistance training, yoga or pilates is great. Most important thing is to keep up the regularity and do some form of exercise daily that you enjoy and look forward to. - Regular warm oil Ayurvedic Massage will improves the circulation and activate the lymphatic system, thus keeping your immune strong.  - Get plenty of sunshine to keep your Vitamin D reserves full and mood uplifted. Vit D is an important immune booster. If you don't get enough sunshine take Vit D3 supplements combined with Vit K2 for optimal absorption.1 - Keep warm and not expose to cool winds, it is quite important to keep the immune strong esp  in spring and autumn seasons. I personally love shawls and leg warmers and warm socks for extra comfort. - Meditation is really important to de-stress the mind and thus strengthen the immune system. A daily ritual of 10  min meditation will do wonders for your health and well-being. Below are some informative science based articles on human gut health and immune health and their inter-connection - The Gut : Where Bacteria and Immune System Meet The Impact of Diet and Lifestyle on Gut Mircrobiota and Human Health Blog posts on Medicinal Mushrooms: Read here Wishing you great health, peace and longevity! My Journey with Queen Reishi Medicinal Mushroom
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Reishi or Ganoderma Lucidum as it is called in Latin is the Queen of Medicinal Mushrooms. Reishi has been traditionally used to support the immune system, relieve stress, as an adaptogenic herb, promote deep sleep, build inner resilience, strengthen the spirit and calm the mind. It is also considered a spiritual herb that support the "Shen" - the spiritual essence of our being. In western science Reishi is recognised as a power immune and adaptogenic herb. It also supports the gut-brain healing process in that its bitter properties help heal the the liver, gall bladder and gut, which supports the brain function positively and vice versa. My journey with Reishi began in Jan 2019. I was looking for an overall support for my immune and nervous system. I needed to improve the quality of my sleep which was broken and ability to stay more relaxed in day to day activities and be able to really wind down in the evening. I also wanted to increase resilience and adaptability to stress. When I first took Reishi, I remember a feeling of calm entering my mind and water, like a calm lake with no ripples. This was a very pleasant experience and after six months of taking it, I still feel that effect. Reishi has a mild bitter taste which can be easily disguised with honey if one does not like bitter taste. However bitter taste is equally important like the other five tastes - sweet, salty, sour, astringent and pungent. Bitter foods are not very often used by people in daily life. By including Reishi you get that bitter component of the taste which is important to release digestive juices thereby improving digestion, support liver and gall bladder. I like to take Reishi in these ways - - in hot water with honey - in chicory-dandelion root tea with honey - in hot chocolate - in coffee which I drink occasionally. Reishi when taken in coffee neutralizes the acidic properties of coffee thus preventing the negative side effects like jitters, nervous tension, dryness and stomach upset. I prefer taking Reishi in later afternoon and evening as it helps me to wind down and relax. However some days I take it in the morning or day time and it gives the feeling of calm and clear headed energy which I find more sustainable. I have also taken it in moments of emotional stress and very quickly it helped calm down that intense energy. It is like that caring friend, who supports and loves you especially when you need it in challenging times. I have been taking Reishi since 6 months and I can clearly see the difference it has made to my health and well-being. I usually had a good immune and hardly ever got sick, however since Reishi is in my life, my immune strength is on a different level. It feels robust. I had a toe nail fungus since a year or so, which is now healing as well, I believe its Reishi which helped as toe nail fungus is a sign of some immune and gut weakness which is now being rectified. I feel on the whole balanced and be able to handle challenging situations in a calmer way. The quality of my sleep has improved and I sleep deeper and longer than before. To conclude, from my experience I can say that Reishi is a transformative tonic herb and everyone deserves to enjoy the health and well being that Reishi brings. Thank you for taking the time to read. I truly hope this helps you in some way on your journey of true health. If you have questions please feel free to contact me via Contact Form or on 021 132 5701. "I started using Reishi in January to help with insomnia. What Chakra Reiki does for you
Tumblr media
Have known lovely Manasi for over 2-3 years now from recommendation from my best friend’s and receiving an bday voucher from them to experience. Love her amazing work and her personality. Have recommended friends and family to go to her. However my Mother had an magical experience in 2018 from Manasi’s magical hands and healing power! My Mom was experiencing a lot of back and side pain for an very long time that doctors had told us after an xray that she could possibly be diagnosed with a type of bone cancer in her ribs that may be spread further in her body but cannot be confirmed until after an bone scan being done. Days prior to the bone scan, I brought Mom to Manasi for the first time for an massage to help cure some of her existing pain in her body. After Manasi was aware of the current situation she attempted some deep healing and massaging on her. Mom went home feeling incredible and the day came for her scan. The results came back all clear and they could not find any sight of any negativity like that anymore and my Mom truly believes with all her heart that Manasi was the answer to those thankful results we received! Thank you so much Manasi for everything, my Mom still feels the same results coming to you then after and because of that she and I will be visiting you more frequently! 💖 Please keep up your amazing work and I hope everyone else who reads our story will experience this too!!!
