Series 2, Episode 5

Clothes play an important part in this episode, what with collecting clothes for the refugees.  When she walks in on Mikael’s efforts, Manon is wearing her Monki jeans, orange cropped suede jacket, and Mango Chunky-Knit Sweater.  RIP to her white and blue striped shirt from episodes two, eight, and series two episode three, which Mikael gives away.At school the next day, she has the same suede jacket and jeans paired with a black sweater and her Vans.  She’s once again carrying her Mango Pebbled Shopper Bag.When she’s at lunch with the girl crew, she’s wearing the same black sweater as before but this time with her Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer.When she sees Charles, she wears a beautiful blue sweater with a red ring around the neckline, her Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer, jeans, and Doc Marten 1461 PW Shoes.Finally, at the party, she wears the black sweater, her jeans, Vans, the Mango Unstructured Wool Blend Coat, and her periwinkle knit scarf.

Series 2, Episode 4

This is another quick one because the events of this episode are over the course of a weekend instead of a week.

When they arrive at the cabin, Manon is wearing her Mango Unstructured Wool Blend Coat, periwinkle blue knit scarf from episode three, and jeans.  Underneath, she has that blue sweater I’m jealous of from episodes nine and series two, episode two.

The next day, she’s wearing the same scarf with a white tee shirt and her white knit button up cardigan from episodes two, four, and series two episode one.

Series 2, Episode 3

At the beginning of the episode, Manon wears a simple, short sleeved grey tee shirt that it looks like she wore to sleep.At school, she’s wearing her jeans, her orange cropped suede jacket from episode four, and a goldy-green sweater underneath.  She’s also carrying her Mango Pebbled Shopper Bag.When Daphne is talking about Charles, Manon is wearing her Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer and a primary blue sweater underneath that’s the same one she wears in episode six.Finally, when she’s just hanging around at her house and then ends up at Charles’, she’s wearing her striped ringer shirt from episodes two and eight.  It seems like the shirt she wears when she wants to be more comfortable.  I can’t tell which pants she’s wearing; initially I thought they were leggings, but she’s wearing her skinny cream belt when she’s at Charles’ house, so it might be dark wash skinny jeans instead.

Series 2, Episode 2

Lundi, Manon wears her jeans and a royal blue sweater.  I think I mentioned this when she wore it in episode nine, but it looks really soft and I’m dying to know where it’s from.  I’m guessing either Mango or Monki.

Mardi and Mercredi, Manon is back to wearing her Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer.  Mardi it’s with her light grey, crew neck sweater from episodes three and four, and she’s bought a new grey hat that’s in a newsboy style.  Mercredi it’s with her Mango Chunky-Knit Sweater, and she’s also carrying her trusty Mango Pebbled Shopper Bag.

For her date with Charles, Manon wears a simple black button up shirt and jeans.  She’s also wearing her Doc Marten 1461 PW Shoes and her Mango Unstructured Wool Blend Coat.

Series 2, Episode 1

In her first scene in this episode, Manon wears her Monki Oki Jeans and Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer with a plain white tee underneath and a red skinny belt.  Just because she’s the focus this season doesn’t mean she doesn’t have to rewear items she already owns!

Later, we see her in the same jeans and belt with her oversized sheer white blouse with thin white pinstripes from episode eight.

When she walks in Mika, she’s wearing dark green skinny plaid pants and her heavy knit, mustard yellow turtleneck sweater from Camaieu that we saw in episodes two, five, and seven, and her Vans SK8-Hi from episodes five and six.

At the end of the episode when the girl crew is at her house, Manon wears her Monki jeans again, this time with her cream belt from episodes two, three, and nine, a black tee shirt, and her white button up knit sweater from episodes two and four of last season.

That’s series 1 done!

A recap of how to get Manon’s series 1 style:

1. A good pair of high waist, dark wash skinny jeans goes with everything.  You can dress them up or down and they’ll always look good.

2. Neutral toned, oversized jackets are your best friend.  An unstructured cut is better for casual outfits, whereas a blazer coat dresses things up a bit.

3. Scarves can add a pop of interest to your outfit without being too loud.

4. Primary colors and stripes are your best friend!

5. Round necklines are great- either a crew neck or something a little looser.

6. A good tote bag is a must.

7. Sneakers are a good way to dress an outfit down; a beret is a good way to dress an outfit up.

As you might have been able to guess, she rewears items a lot.  I really love that, because I think it’s more realistic to what being a teenager is actually like. The items that she wears the most in this series are:

In the scene in the nurse’s office, Manon wears black pants with her skinny cream belt, a sort of royal blue sweater that looks super soft, her Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer, and her beret from episode five.

In the scene in the hallway, Manon wears an outfit that’s sort of unusual for her.  She wears her usual high waisted Monki ‘Oki‘ Skinny Jeans and her sneakers from episode six with her skinny cream belt from before.  But she’s also wearing a primary green slogan tee (does anyone know what it says?  I couldn’t tell), paired with a cream cardigan and a cream scarf.  She’s carrying her Mango Pebbled Shopper Bag and the Check Blazer.

At the party at the end of the episode, she’s wearing a crew neck black shirt and the Check Blazer again.

Series 1, Episode 8

In the scene where the girl gang is eating lunch, Manon is wearing a slightly oversized sheer white blouse with thin white pinstripes and a black camisole underneath. In the scene at the party, Manon wears a v-neck burgundy sweater with thin burgundy stripes and the same black, v-neck, spaghetti strapped camisole underneath.  She’s paired it with either flowy black pants or a long black skirt with a slit- I can’t tell.  When she’s outside, she wears the Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer. At Emma’s house in the morning, she’s wearing her crew neck cut white and blue striped shirt from episode 2 and her blue high waisted Monki ‘Oki‘ Jeans.  We also learn something important in this episode- Manon does not, in fact, wake up with perfect red lipstick and her hair in nice curls!  She’s human just like the rest of us.  She still looks gorgeous, though.

In this episode, we see more of Manon’s personal style than in the last episode.

In her Spanish class, Manon wears a grey coat, the Mango Unstructured Woll-Blend Coat, a white knit sweater, a crew neck cut white and blue striped shirt, blue high waisted skinny jeans, and a skinny cream belt.  I believe the jeans are the Monki ‘Oki‘ Jeans. 

Outside when she’s talking to the girl crew, Manon wears the Mango ‘Prince of Wales‘ Check Wool-Blend Blazer with a brownish-olive round necked sweater underneath.  On the bottom, she’s wearing a knee length black skirt and sheer tights.  She finishes the outfit with a lightweight blue, pink, and salmon scarf.  She carries a bag that is also from Mango in both scenes, the Mango Pebbled Shopper Bag.

In her last scene in episode 2, we see Manon wearing a heavy knit, mustard yellow turtleneck sweater from Camaieu.

As with in the previous episode, Manon has middle parted wavy hair, minimal makeup, and red lipstick.
