While everyone is working on their LureLecter entries I’ve been honing my skills in the kitchen as well! My first attempt at molded chocolate!I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to be able to temper the chocolate and that I’d ruin it, but to my surprise I did not. Some of you may remember my disastrous attempt at macarons, and I was worried I’d have a repeat.

I think they came out beautifully! The chocolate is shiny and has a nice snap, and I maybe had a LITTLE too much fun with my luster dust and edible glitter. I did have coaching from goldberg-variations​ but I mostly did these myself! Definitely a satisfying project, and I hope the folks who they’re going to enjoy them!

P.S. vergerheir if you think I’m NOT sending you nose shaped chocolate, think again. margot-verger said she’d personally see that they were delivered. >:) I demand a video of you eating one, it can be part of our interview.
