My mood board

This is my mood board.

I am looking into Cyborgs and Artificial intelligence. And what would there after live be like. What do there Haven, Hell, Demons and Angels would look like?

And I would like to do some of my art in Suiboku-ga style.

Suiboku-ga started around 960 and 1274 Japan.

I really like this style. Love the brush strokes and simple colours.

This is my Brain storm.

This is my brainstorm. My third attempt because my first one is really rough looking. Also the cat use it for there business. My second one I use a thick pen so it's was hard to see what I wrote down.

Thinking about doing something with after life or A.I. They seems very interested mix to look into and create.

I'm thinking maybe doing another comic book. Do a painting telling a story.

Or create a model scene.

I created the characters for my comic.

In the art and design level 2 final art piece. But the first lockdown happened so o didn't get to show off some of my characters.

I really like them. I still haven't gave them name's yet. But I will do. There are bounty hunters. And the world is sci-fi mixed with fantasy.

I would like to complete the comic book sometime.

My robots comic

It's was hard making this comic. My cats keep taking my pens. Then I panic because my mum spill tea on my comic and I thought I didn't take a photo of them. So I panic started to redraw my comic. I got to the 3rd page then I found the photo that I forgot about. But at the end I'm happy with my comic. I wanted to give my plain robots some expression I think I done it well.

So I hope you guys like it as much as I do.

My process is I draw out the panel on post it note.

Then I rage them in the order I wanted on the page. And o draw the pages using pencil and I ink it. Then I colour them. I left the pencil sketch on instead of rubbing it out because I like the effect. It's give money details.

Sin City Comics

Sin City is a neo noir comics from American

Comic writer/artist Frank Miller.

And the art style is so cool. I love the basic colour options. All of it is in black and white. With a small pop of colour like yellow of someone skin, the blue eyes or red for blood.

The characters have a cool design. There have big shapey body's.

Looking at this comic help me alot with my comic. I don't like to colour in my drawing. So just using little coulor make the piece pop.

One Piece

One Piece is created by Eiichiro Oda. And is a long running series in shounen jump magazine. First release in 1997 with 1001 chapter's over 24years.

It's one of my favourite manga series. It's really funny and serious. All the characters and the secondnary characters are rememberbel.

The story is long so I'm going to simplify its. Is about a boy name Luffy and he wants to be the king of the pirate king. Because he believes that the person to is the pirate king has the most freedom in the world.

The pages layout is busy but not confusing.

It's has lots of details but it's draw your attention to the importance part, by being bigger than ever thing else on the page.

I took the photo use for this research page.

I was lucky to go to the manga museum in London. It's was awesome seeing the original iconic scene from one piece. Looking at his work give me some ideas for my comic book.

Bryan lee o' malley

Bryan lee o'malley is an Canadian cartoonist. Best known for creating the Scott pilgrim series. He also do front covers like young avengers issue 1.

I really like his style. You can insterly tell it's Bryan lee work. Because his work is unique.

His work is very bold and dynamic.

I enjoyed reading Scott pilgrim series and can't wait to read his new work like worst world.

Looking at his work will help me to plain out my comic.

I like the comedy and how he lay out the word bubbles. Some of the word attacks the characters or the characters breaking the 4th wall.

I originally thought it was a video game then comics and then movie. But it's stated comic and the movie was made around the same time of the comic. Because they had to ask Bryan lee o'malley how does it end. Then the game come out.

Redesign of one of my robots

I didn't like my first one. Because I didn't like the head of it. So I made it simperler.

My crazy farmer concept

I'm working on my comic and I forgot to do a design of the crazy farmer.

Shock plush

I followed the instructions on discord.

I use sisser, Fred, needle and a shock.

I drawer out the ears and saw across the line. Then cut it out.

I stuff the shock with cotton balls.

Then I made the arms. It's the very hard.

And saw on the eyes and draw the mouth.

I did a terrible job making this. I'm not very good at sawing and no one in my house knows how to ether. So I had to do it by my self.

I hates sawing the arms on. Took me a long time because it's keeps on falling off.

When I do this again I want to paradise first then do it properly.

My robots design and there back story

This robot is made to clean the house. It's a old modal because it's need to be constantly be connected to electric for it to work. The issue with this robot is the lead was too short. 2 metors so it's couldn't do the job. Unless you got a extend cord.

I do like this design of this robot. Reminds me of a metal gear from metal gear solid.

Now for something crazy a killer chicken. This chicken is made by a crazy farmer.

Why because the farmer is sick and tired of fox's killing his chicken's so he had enough. And created a killer chicken made from a three chainsaw blade to move around. And a flame thrower from mouth.

I really like creating this robot. And I lot no idea what I based this one from. It's all original.

The farmer want's a pet dog so he made one.

And the dog protect the farmer from threat.

The ears and tail is made from knife's. why don't know it be cool.

This one is cool I name him nut's and bolt's.And he made his robot snack. And he name him Bob.

They hates humans so they go around killing people.

And was inspired by Futurama for this one.

BMO from Adventure time

Ok I didn't watch this when it first came out. But being stuck in lockdown my little brother force me to watch it with him. And I did because I was bored. But started to like the show. And me and my brother binged watch it over three week's. And my favourite character is BMO he is so happy And have very good imagination.

He has a simple design. And it's clear that he is based on Nintendo game boy with stick man arms and legs.

Looking at his design help me that I don't need to have a compagated design to have a good character.

Mechagodzilla

Mechagodzilla is awesome. It's Godzilla but heavy metal. I didn't know which version to go with because they all look so cool. Mechagodzilla appears in 7 movie's. Six of them was in the Godzilla series and one of them was appear in Ready Player One.

They are made by aliens or created by humans. And loaded with weapons ,blades heat rays and freeze ray.

What I'm getting from looking at Mechagodzilla is should I make my robots awesome with bunch of weapons.

Portal Glados

This character is Glados from Portal series. She is one of my favourite robots characters in video games. And she has a cool design for a robot. On the sealing looking down on you.

Her personality is very passive aggressive and deadpan. She clearly hate you and she even sings about how much she hates you. But her songs are really catchy. My favourite song of hers is "Want you gone".

Looking at her design and her personality will help me to do an interesting design. And do I want to give my robots a personality.

Futurama Robots

Futurama Robots are all so unique and fun design's. And they were designed by Matt Groening. And he also work on Disenchantment and Simpson's.

And looking at his design will help me and give me the inspiration on designing my robots.

Simon Bisely's ABC warriors

Simon Bisely's is a comic book artist best known for his work on ABC warriors. How he make his work is paper, pencil and ink pen.

I love his art work it's in Hervey shadows with extreme possess.

A.I. Movie

A.I. is a film writing by Stanley Kubrick and directed by Steven Spielberg.

This film is a modern day Pinocchio.

The story is a family has a child in a coma and most likely won't wake up. So the perent replace him with a robot that can love. But the boy wake up and get rid of the robot. So the boy wise to be be a real boy so he can fit in. And want to find the blue fairy what his mum read about. From Pinocchio and wise to be a will boy.

So he teams up with a sex robot and they found the blue fairy under water. Is a statue. But the boy doesn't understand so he's stay there so long he was frozen.

The perfect place to end the movie...

But they went and F*****! Up by putting in aliens who grant his wish.

It's be amazing film but they have to ruined it by doing a happy ending too please everyone.

But it's wasn't Steve Spielberg. Stanley Kubrick wrote it in. This film was his passion project and wanted Spielberg to directed the film. Spielberg think it's be better if Kubrick director it. So they argue for ten years and Kubrick dies so Spielberg as a good friend directed it.

I love this film. But turn it off when he is at blue fairy part. Because aliens comes out of nowhere. And seems like a bad fanfic at the end.
