Ino was currently lost in thought, wondering what her finance was going to be like. What was he going to look like? Would they have anything in common? Would they even get along? So many questions swirled around in her mind, starting to give the blonde a mild head ache.

He’s late..

The waiting was starting to get to her, making her even more nervous then she already was, but upon hearing someone, a male voice, call out her name, she hesitantly turned around looking the dark haired man up and up. “Menma..?”

An arranged marriage. The very thought of being included in one, he found absurd. Still, what choice or say in the matter did he have? It had been arranged since before he was born. With a quick sigh, Menma ran a hand through his hair. He had not even met the girl. Until today. Fixing his ruffled clothes, he locked up his apartment and headed to the restaurant he agreed to meet his ‘fiancée’. It did not take him long at all to find the restaurant. Glancing around, he saw a small blonde with a ponytail in her hair standing at the counter in the restaurant. She looked like the female his buddy had described to him, so Menma made his way over to the girl.  "Ino?" He tried.

The new kid // Closed RP with Sunagakures-eternal-beauty

Ino walked towards her classroom, wondering how this day was going to go. She was the ‘new kid’ entering in the second half of school, it also didn’t help that she didn’t know anyone who went there, and that made the blonde slightly nervous.

Upon entering the room, she scanned the area looking at all of the students, they didn’t really seem to notice her enter the room, Ino was thankful she came before class started, otherwise it would have most likely made things more awkward.

Ino made her way down one of the aisle, looking for a spot to sit at, mentally noting to stay away from the silver haired boy who kept screeching about some unknown religion she never heard off.

That’s when she spotted a pale looking red head who sat quietly at his desk, luckily for Ino, there was an empty spot next to him. Ino hurriedly paced over there, setting her things down and taking a seat. “My names Ino, What’s yours?” She was never good at keeping quite.

Ino couldn't help the small smile that slipped onto her features when she heard Shikamaru's answer. "Thanks.." She muttered under her breath, as she continued to follow him towards her house.

As soon as they arrived, Ino quickly unlocked the door and made her way inside, allowing Shikamaru room to enter before shutting the door and locking it once more.

Ino frowned, she wanted to make him a nice meal, but instead just made him start to worry about her, which in turn, made her feel worse. “No, there’s no need to.." She nervously rubbed her arm, content with staring at the ground. “I already went.. My dad forced me to go before leaving for work.. I’m supposed to be in bed right now.. but.. I haven’t seen you in a while.. I started to worry.. and that’s when I went to find you.. and now we’re here.." 

She felt bad about confessing that to him, but it would have been worse if they went to the hospital and he found out that way. “Um.. Maybe.. You could take care of me..?" 

Ino knew she was supposed to take care of him, but she could use some ‘taking care of’ once in a while as well, but the problem was with her, she had to much of an ego to let anyone take care of her.
