I know I haven't been here. Hush. I've been working on drawings all day. I've also been trying to comfort Mare and help her through her trouble because she's in a really bad place right now.

He was really amazed at this but, at the same time, he was slightly wary of this person. An adventurer had to keep on his toes, after all. Fai set his pack down for a moment before moving over to the man, examining him slightly before backing away.

"You're not really prepared for this kind of trip but that's okay. I've got all we need." Walking back to his pack, he picked it up and put it on his shoulders, giving a small nod. "Stay close to me or else you'll get lost for an entire month. We don't need that, do we?"

He just chuckled a bit. People that weren’t from here were really amazing in some aspects. The adventurer gave a chuckle as he rubbed the bridge of his nose, staring at this strange man. "I can’t remember the name of the continent since it’s been a while since I’ve been here. The town, however, is Chun La."

Turning ahead, he beckoned to the traveller. "We’ll have to go through the maze if you want to get to the next town."

"Indeed. It's going to be my second time going through here. First time I was lost for a month!" He chuckled, shaking his head. He'd finally gotten out but he'd kept himself lost for a month because he didn't want to it seem like he was an expert at this maze when he had first gone through it.

"Yeah. I know the way now. So you can stay close to me, okay? I'll get us through it easily!"

He looked around as he tried to figure which way to go next. North was a maze of paths that people took until they reached the next town. It really really was a good adventure awaiting. Fai looked around before he noticed someone there. He gave a small tilt of his head.

"You’re in the Northern Continent. This place here’s a maze to the next town." He said, not correctly remembering the name of the continent.

He shook her hand, being mindful not to do it too hard. The lingering strength that Xei had given him was still there. He was worried he'd break her arm or worse. At least he was mindful of it. Fai wondered, for a brief moment, if he was going to just stay here instead. But this world made him long for his own, something he'd never think would happen.

It was too desolate for him.

"Jay.. It's nice to meet you." Fai gave a small nod, letting her hand go and putting it in his jacket pocket before letting his eyes wander about. All he could see was shattered mirror fragments. Nothing else. Not at all.

"That sounds like a plan until I can find my way back home..." He commented, rubbing at the bridge of his nose.

"I see, I see..." This was really a strange world and she was the only resident here? How very peculiar. He'd hoped to see some other life form here besides himself and a human but that seemed to only be a case if he'd left this world entirely. "A rest stop, hm? Well, I was just heading to the north... so, I guess a place to the north would be helpful!"

And then it hit him. "..I'm sorry, I never introduced myself, did I? My name's Fai." He held out a hand for a handshake.

He couldn't think of words at the moment, gaze lost in the world he had come to. It was off-putting to him but, at least it was a place and not the infinite Universe. It was, at least, very strange to him that someone would live in such a place.

"Really? Does that mean you're alone here?" That seemed really sad. He could sense the caution in her movements and gave a small tilt of his head, as if indicating he was fine to approach. Humans were an infinite mystery, and one he'd had many years to observe.

"Ah, I was walking to the north, to the next town in Yun-- That's my home world -- and then, all of a sudden, I close my eyes against the sunlight, take a step and poof! It's like I disappeared off my world.."

There was something wrong with this place, as if it were something that he'd never seen before. Fragments of mirrors were everywhere and gave the God a strange feeling. That didn't make him falter, however, as he'd seen a lot more strange things in his life while adventuring. This just made him feel.. quite content with himself.

It was a feeling he quickly shook off once he noticed a person step out from behind one of the mirrored fragments. Red eyes focused on her as he put his hands in his pockets and gave a meek grin.

"I guess I am. This place gives me strange feelings.. it's not home."

It was about time to head off, so he’d packed up his tent into a bag and left it in there, glancing back and forth and all over where he had left his tent for any items left behind. He saw none so he’d left the area, heading north of where he was staying to continue on his journey.

A fondness for the area had kept him from leaving for two weeks now, and he had needed to get to the next area before sundown. That was why he was still walking, wondering where in the world he would be needed next. However, he’d closed his eyes against the harsh sunlight and took a few steps forward before opening them again.

It was strange. Five seconds ago, he’d been in a grassy, open field.. and now.. now he was somewhere unrecognisable. “…I.. don’t believe it. This is.. such a strange place..”
