i love the extra cards in the prison boys so much, there's so much weird shit.

- "mitsuri crossdressed and acted as naoya's girlfriend but that scene got chopped out"

- "naoya actually become a zombie, but eventually he just became a normal victim of murder"

- "nagi was cool and collected in the original draft"

- "nagi copies naoya's style and hairdo" (nagi's so cuuute wshfjsbsksks)

- "mochizuki wasn't a woman in the original draft, she was mitsuri crossdressing"

- "when i asked my friends which hairstyle was shadier, they said 'both' so i gave up"

- (in like 6 different cards) "i really like this design so i did this before working on the actual character/forced it into the story"

these little tidbits made me fall in love with the story so much more

The Three Families

The three grand familes... Family Vacant, Family Nala (later known as Family Nyala) and Family Húdōr. These three families were the major bloodlines of the "gods", containing many other inside them.

They didn't all start at the same time as it took time to learn the different type of 'code' they used in different dimensions.

The first was Vacant as they first created the end islands as an experiment, later on creating the gateways and the portal to overworld.

When they went into the Overworld a small family dedicated themselfs to understand it thus the family name Húdōr being born. They acompolished the most with a mixture of the possibilities of the Overworld and their serious dedication.

It didn't took them much time to discover the Nether, putting the House Nala (Nyala) on the table. The family stayed alive in the harsh conditions for a while while 'coding' the dimension before humans started to appear in the Overworld and the "gods" decided to go back to their homeland, to the End.

Some members stayed, mixing into the humans and creating the mixed bloodlines which gave birth to speedrunners. The 'curse' of them getting weaker by generation the more the blood mixes.

Speedrunners are built different, literally (lore [?] concept)

Start of the universe; when only the flames of Nether, oceans of the Overworld and the blank sky of the End exsisted.

Then in the End creatures we call "gods" now came into exsistance from nothingness, from black and purple. These cretures learnt to alter the universe with the thing they called 'code' of the universe, using it to create the rest of the universe as we know it now.

These "gods" had three major families, each reperesenting a dimension and modeling it as they wish and these families have many sub-families in it, each mastering a different way of the 'code'.

They no longer exsist now; they all died long ago, leaving nothing but remains of themselves in the End, things we call End cities and ships now.

Their bloodlines of the families also live on, even if they are no longer pure, in the veins of speedrunners. Because of this they urge to return to the thing they originate; to the void, to the nothingness. They try to reach the End, thier ancestor's homeland, as soon as they could and then free it from its protector.

But when they reach the End they are not satisfied as the End is no longer just the void, just nothingness. Things exsist in it. So the speedrunner, the player, tries it again. Restarting the cycle.

These people don't know all of this, they do it because it's their instict that they can't resist. It's something that calls them for the entirety of their lives.
