A commission for a self-insert Sonic OC I did for my friend PB-Sandwich. Similar to Jacob, Phil was a human who one day woke up in Mobius transformed into a Werehog who doesn't seem to turn into a hedgehog in the day. He has very long quills, stretchy limbs, and a tendency to get fat.

His studies have led him down paths of interdimensional travel and genetic engineering, all in the name of blowing people up like balloons. He is married to Dr. Crystal Wolfe (owned by grimlock1997 on DA) and has a 'son' and a 'nephew', both artifically created Mobians made through genetic engineering, his son being Emil Wolfe and his nephew being Ferrum the Hedgehog (owned by PineappleDuck on DA). Him and his various interdimensional counterparts have had various assistants and partners across the multiverse, but this is the family tree of 'Char Prime'. Notable counterparts: Merlin the Hedgehog: This version also goes by Charles Wolfe (despite being a hedgehog), but is a magician rather than a scientist. A fellow lover of inflation, but also a fierce combatant, this Char accidentally brought himself to Char Prime's world in a botched teleportation spell. In order to avoid confusion while he was stuck on Char Prime's world, the magician adopted the codename 'Merlin'. Convergence AU Char: This Char's interdimensional studies created a rift between two different dimensions and collapsed them together: a world of Pokemon and a world of Mobians. The labs are home to quite a large family of Pokemon and Mobians alike.
