100 Days of Productivity ~ 24 December 2020

Uni has been wrapped up for the year, and I’ve been working full time! 

Today is the perfect admin day - I’m working from home, so can attend to a bunch of little things that have been sitting around. My first task of the day was completely reorganising my room (which I’m very excited about) … next up is a reorganisation of the bookshelves! But first, it’s responding-to-emails time.

Every time i see a post or tweet about twilight being gay culture or hilarious I just think about how the Quileute tribe of Washington had to set up a website specifically to combat racist misinformation that was being spread about their history and customs by stephenie meyer. Like she really just took an existing group of people with millennia of actual history and an actual mythos and culture and then just made shit up to fit her sexy mormon abstinence only tract

it’s only five more days until my first exam. i’m nervous but i think it’ll be okay! i know a lot about the paleolithic and mesolithic so i’m confident in questions about that. i’m also currently trying to save up money but i want to buy new books and more pokemon tcg cards… hobbies can be so expensive
