I listen with amazement as you briefly recount your own story. Up until this point, the idea of becoming an animalfolk myself hadn't even crossed my mind, but now? My thoughts are racing, overtaken by the purportedly endless possibilities. Through the chaos, though, one idea quickly stands out as the dominant one.
"Were there, any trans women among them?"
A quick once-over of my appearance makes it clear why that particular question was asked. Loose clothing largely obscures my body shape, but my broader shoulders are still visible, there's the faintest hint of facial hair on my chin... And then of course there's the trans flag wristband. It wouldn't be difficult to surmise that I'm transfemme, likely in the early stages of medical transition. On top of that, though? I quickly confirm it outright.
"Dysphoria sucks so much, and whatever process they went through to become animalfolk, if it conforms to your identity instead of your body, then. I think. I might like to."
My hands fidget behind my back, and I break eye contact again, staring off to one side, albeit not without another glance at your impressive chest first.
"Either way, it'd be cool to see more of the place with someone who actually lives here."

It's been a little while since I first saw word of Abbey Manor circulating online. It seemed like some sort of hoax or joke at first, one of those things where the whole of Tumblr collectively decides to fabricate something and pretend it had been real the entire time. A stately manor with people living on its grounds who all had animal traits? Yeah, there was no way in hell that was real. Sure, I looked the place up, and it was a real estate, but there was no way all the claims about it were true... Was there?
And yet, it persisted. It didn't fade away into the background noise of the internet and become yet another memory, like other rumours do. New information kept coming up - photographs, names, even stories from a few people about how someone they knew had become one of these animalfolk and gone to live at the manor. Maybe, just maybe, it was real.
And so now, I find myself on the little bus that goes to Abbey Manor from the nearby town, staring out the window and wondering whether I'm wasting my time, or if it's all really true...

For now, my willpower holds, as engaging in conversation gives my brain something to think about other than cleavage. With the tits being just below the face, though, it still isn't easy.
"Oh, we've mostly just seen buildings and stuff so far. I guess they save what people really come here for until later on in the tour. That said, though -"
Despite my efforts to keep my cool, the mention of dairy cows and milking demonstrations pique my interest, and this creeps into my voice when I next speak. My tone isn't flustered, though - in fact, it's clear that I'm genuinely curious about what's going on.
"- You said that you're one of the dairy cows. So it's true, then, that there are people here who really have developed animal features? Real, genuine kemonomimi, if you know the term? And you're one of them?"
My mind races as I consider the possibilities. Cow girls were of course the most popular topic in the rumours online, but I'd heard talk of people with traits of other farm animals, such as horses, goats, and sheep, as well as a few dogs and cats, and even an insect person or two. What other hybrid species might there be here? In the course of my internal speculation, though, I completely forget that I haven't introduced myself yet.

This isn't the first stately home open to tourists that I've been to in my life, so the tour guide telling me about the history of the place does little to hold my interest. It's a beautiful estate, though, so I do take the opportunity to look around, and it's this that makes it all too easy for a woman with horns and a tail very much resembling those of a cow to catch my attention. The tour guide did say at the start that we could wander off so long as we didn't go anywhere with a sign marking it as staff-only or off-limits, so...
I saunter over to her, getting a better look as I get closer. If this is all faked, it's very well done - her tail is moving like an actual cow's tail, and the texture of her horns and ears are incredibly detailed. On top of that, now that I'm closer, I notice something that I didn't at first glance - her legs look just like those of a cow. And then there's her chest...
Realising that I was probably starting for a bit too long at your breasts, I shake my head a little to clear my mind, before greeting you.
"Hello! Would you be one of the people who lives here, by any chance?"
Internally quite embarrassed, but doing my best not to let it show, I pray that you didn't notice me staring...
